| Based on the understanding of the feasibility of heterogeneous group teaching in college tennis courses,this research hopes to change the teaching organization form of the classroom through the application of heterogeneous group teaching method in tennis classroom,and then change the main position of teachers and students.On the basis of respecting the individual differences of students,improve the physical and mental quality of students through mutual cooperation within the group and mutual competition outside the group.The advantages and disadvantages of the development of tennis in colleges and universities,so as to provide a practical reference for improving the tennis teaching activities in colleges and universities.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature data,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and other methods to conduct research.Taking the 2021 tennis public option course of Shenyang Normal University as an example,a 12-week,24-hour teaching experiment was conducted,and the heterogeneous group teaching method was applied to the tennis course teaching of the experimental class,while the control class was taught by the traditional teaching method..By measuring the physical quality,tennis skills and related psychological indicators(cooperation awareness,group cohesion and tennis learning interest)of the students in the experimental class and the control class,and statistical testing of the test results before and after the experiment,it provides an objective objective for the research conclusion.data support.The research results show that there is no significant difference in the test results of tennis technique,physical quality,cooperation consciousness,group cohesion and tennis learning interest between the experimental class and the control class before the experiment.In the physical fitness test between the experimental class and the control class after the experiment,there was no significant difference in the test results of standing long jump and badminton long throw after statistical testing.After the statistical test,there were significant differences,and the growth rate of each test result data of the experimental class was better than that of the control class.The following conclusions and suggestions are drawn from the analysis.Conclusion:Conclusions 1.In terms of tennis skills learning,both the experimental class and the control class have achieved excellent results,but the experimental class using the heterogeneous grouping teaching method has better results and higher skill mastery level than the control class using the traditional teaching method.2.In terms of students ’physical quality,the physical quality level of both the experimental class and the control class has been significantly improved,but the training method of using heterogeneous group teaching method for group competition is more significant to improve students’ physical quality than the unified organization training method of traditional teaching method.3.In terms of group cohesion and cooperation consciousness level,the implementation of the heterogeneous grouping teaching method has a very significant role in promoting the group cohesion and cooperation consciousness level of the experimental class,while the control class using the traditional teaching method has no significant improvement in the group cohesion and cooperation consciousness.4.In terms of the interest level of tennis learning,the use of heterogeneous grouping teaching method and traditional teaching method can improve students’ interest in tennis learning,but the interest level of tennis learning with heterogeneous grouping teaching method can be larger and higher level.Suggestions: 1.Before the implementation of the heterogeneous grouping teaching method,teachers must do sufficient preparatory work,including understanding the students’ tennis level,the determination of the heterogeneous grouping indicators and the time arrangement of the index testing.2.In the implementation process of heterogeneous grouping teaching method,teachers should control the activity process of group members,guide and encourage mutual help among students,and pay attention to cultivating students’ initiative and enthusiasm in cooperative learning.3.Heterogeneous grouping teaching method is an effective teaching method in college tennis teaching,which is conducive to the development of students’ physical and mental health,and should be appropriately promoted in the tennis courses of ordinary colleges and universities,so that more tennis educators in colleges and universities can understand,understand and apply it. |
