| The level of infonnatization of colleges and universities is an important manifestation of the overall image,comprehensive ability of running schools and core competitiveness of colleges and universities.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology such as the Internet of things and data mining,great achievements have been made in the informatization construction of colleges and universities.However,there are still shortcomings such as information islands,low management efficiency and difficulty in resource integration,which restrict the informatization construction process of colleges and universities.Student management system is an important part of the informatization construction of colleges and universities.This thesis focuses on the research of campus student management system based on RFID,which based on the theory of Internet of things architecture,combined with RFID technology,GPRS wireless communication technology and embedded technology to collect student’s card data and transmit the data to the student management platform.The Web development framework based on SSM is used to build the student management platform to realize the sharing of information resources among various departments in colleges and universities.At the same time,the data mining technology is integrated to analyze the student’s card data,and the prediction model of students with academic abnormality and the clustering analysis model of student’s card data are mainly constructed.Thus,the school can grasp the learning situation and behavior rules of students in time,so as to provide decision support for student management and improve the management level of colleges and universities.The main work of the thesis is summarized as follows:(1)System overall function analysis and scheme construction.The feasibility of the system is analyzed from the aspects of technology,economy and operation.On the basis of the feasibility,the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are defined according to the scenarios of campus card.Finally,the overall design scheme of the system is constructed according to the system requirements.(2)Hardware selection and circuit design of the system.Firstly,the overall framework of hardware is built.Secondly,through the analysis of the hardware selection,the LPC2103 microprocessor is selected as the main control chip,and the RC522 radio frequency identification chip is selected as the RFID reader.Finally,the GPRS wireless data transmission scheme with SIM868 chip as the core is determined.On this basis,the minimum system of the main control module,RFID module,and communication module are designed,and the production and testing of the PCB board of the minimum system are completed.(3)System software design.On the basis of the system hardware design,the design of the system software is carried out.Firstly,the program design of RFID read-write and GPRS data transmission is completed by using ADS 1.2 development platform,and the test work of RFID read-write function,pseudo card identification function and wireless data transmission function is completed.Secondly,the Eclipse development environment is used to complete the construction of the student management platform based on B/S and SSM framework.Finally,the functional modules and database of the student management platform are designed to integrate the data of campus card.(4)The implementation and test of the system.According to the system software design,the sub-modules of classroom attendance,apartment attendance,library management,canteen management,school hospital management are implemented,and the functional test of each sub-module and the overall performance test are completed.(5)The research of data mining of campus card.The prediction model of students with academic abnormality is constructed by combining density peak clustering,under-sampling and improved Adaboost algorithm.Then,the rules between campus card and student score data are mined to identify students with academic abnormality.The SE value of the model reaches 89.1%,which can better predict students with academic abnormality.In addition,according to the behavior difference of students’swiping card,K-means clustering algorithm is used to divide students into different categories and analyze their behavior rules,which is conducive to the school to master students’ behavior portraits and students’ self-cognition,so as to promote students to form good habits.The campus student management system based on RFID can realize a series of processes from student data collection,data transmission,data storage and statistics to data mining,which effectively solves the problems of traditional student management system such as information islands,low management efficiency,difficulty in resource integration and so on.At the same time,data mining technology is used in this thesis to analyze student data,which makes a preliminary exploration for the construction of smart campus. |
