The Internet of Things builds a communication bridge between people and things through information sensing technology and protocols,and further improves people's cognitive ability of the material world.Laboratories in colleges and universities are often experimental fields of advanced technology,which reflects the technical level of a country to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to realize the intelligent management of laboratories in colleges and universities through the Internet of Things.After analyzing and researching the various problems existing in the management of university laboratories,the corresponding solutions are put forward by applying Internet of Things technology.Based on RFID technology,an intelligent management system for university laboratories is designed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the university's intelligent laboratory management systems and the developments of RFID technology at home and abroad are introduced.According to the university laboratory management business understanding,business decomposition and demand analysis,the appropriate development technology as the theoretical basis of the system is selected.(2)Secondly,according to the functional requirements analysis,the system three-layer organization architecture design is proposed,and the data acquisition communication protocol based on TCP-Modbus protocol is constructed.(3)Then,the core controller of the data acquisition layer,the network camera and the circuit of the RFID acquisition card are designed to lay the foundation of the sensor layer for data acquisition.(4)The platform of university intelligent laboratory management system has been established.The system includes the platform end and the APP end.The platform side implements equipment overview,real-time monitoring,remote control,video monitoring,alarm management,device management,rights management and SMS management functions.APP The terminal implements functions such as RFID scanning,swiping cards,etc.,and realizes communication between the platform and the APP through the Socket network communication,data synchronization and sharing functions.(5)Finally,unit testing and system testing were performed on the designed intelligent laboratory management system.The test results show that the system can meet the management requirements,thus ensuring the stable operation of the system,achieving intelligent control of the laboratory,and improving the management level of the laboratory in a certain degree.
