| Under the normal prevention and control of the epidemic,people’s demand for physical exercise is gradually increasing.The development of physical exercise can not only meet the needs of community residents for physical fitness,but also enrich residents’ leisure life style.Community sports are playing an increasingly prominent role in today’s community construction.This research USES the literature material method,field survey method and questionnaire such as a variety of research methods,combined with current situation of the development of Changchun city community sports culture,using random sampling method to extract six community,and to analyze six community development present situation and the existing sports system imperfect,insufficient number of sports instructors,sports facilities,sports funds shortage,lack of effective organization of sports cultural activities and other issues and put forward solutions,in order to under the background of new crown epidemic normalized Changchun city community sports culture construction to provide the reference,at the same time can help related departments to formulate community sports policies.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)Community sports culture should be combined with party building.Based on the guiding ideology in line with China’s current national conditions as a system,it should be taken as the guiding principle for the development of community sports culture by combining the relevant contents of socialism and its values.(2)The government should clarify its responsibility for capital construction,management and organization,and leadership and supervision in community governance.Guided by the relevant principles and policies of the General Administration of Sport of China,combined with the actual implementation policies of Changchun Sports Bureau,through the study and analysis of the actual situation in the local area,the actual implementation programs and measures that are more in line with and have local characteristics are formulated,and a relatively perfect and practical supervision and guarantee system framework is established.(3)Along with the social economy and people living standard rise,people for the pursuit of life started from across the food and clothing to a higher level,the demand for physical health also started growing,the enthusiasm of the community residents to participate in physical exercise are also beginning to high,based on the community construction related equipment are also gradually improve,but for the demand of the residents is in short supply.Compared with the increasingly large fitness team,professional venues,fitness facilities and places that can be used for activities are in short supply.Imperfect configuration in all aspects leads to a large number of people temporarily unable to participate in the fitness team.(4)Into the sports funds from different channels and forms a rich resources supply system,as well as the sports equipment,sites,material to meet,also want to loss degree do timely identification of related equipment,facilities equipment with problems and potential safety hazard do replacement maintenance process,as early as possible to increase the popularity of community sports knowledge and training,increase sports related aspects of the talent training or promote and promote community sports work related personnel to participate in professional exam,in order to improve professional skills,and provide physical exercise guidance services to the community. |
