The school can charge necessary expenses, according to the needs of the maintenance facility operation". The campus sports culture is an important part of campus culture, it can promote the socialization of students, the campus culture and harmonious effect. The construction of campus sports culture is the main material basis is sports facilities, so the open of the university sports facilities promote the construction of sports culture. The object of this study is the university sports cultural influence of the open status of gyms in Changchun City, through the survey, the sports culture is influenced by the open of universities sports gyms, we make use of the opening of university Gymnasium, to promote college sports work in Changchun City, so as to promote university Gymnasium opening up smoothly, and then promote the university sports comprehensive development and progress.This paper mainly takes literature, questionnaire and interview research methods, collects a large number of materials. Through the survey, there is the influence of different levels in sports development environment, campus of the teachers and students’ study, work, life and the campus sports culture. According to the problems existing in the university gymnasiums, in order to promote the development of college physical education, we can make use of university gymnasiums from following aspects: first, through the opening up university gymnasiums to the publics, we can strengthen the good social image, to create a good external environment for school development; Second, through the opening, to perfect school sports work; Third, we can make good physical education teachers team construction; Fourth, we can make good the students’ education work; the fifth, we can promote the university’s culture construction.
