Public sports policy is an important guarantee for promoting citizens to follow certain rules and regulations to carry out social sports activities.The use of media to promote public sports policies is an important way for government departments to govern.Different media methods are important tools for the smooth promotion and implementation of public sports policies.With the smooth progress of my country’s sports industry,the country has paid attention to the physical fitness of the people through multiple channels,and put forward higher requirements to help the people increase their awareness of participating in sports and exercise,thereby improving their physical fitness.The agenda setting theory has become a convincing research paradigm under the research of many scholars.Although scholars at home and abroad have different understandings of the agenda setting theory,the author believes that my country’s important public sports policy needs to be set under the agenda of the media.To seek new breakthroughs and boosts,it is necessary to carry out research on the promotion of the national fitness policy from the perspective of agenda setting theory,further expand the influence of the national fitness policy among the people,and promote the rapid development of my country’s national fitness industry.According to research needs,this research searches paper and electronic literature resources and collects a large number of related literature materials.Starting from policies,sports policies,and national fitness policies,the research combines the theory of agenda setting and the promotion of national fitness policies.,Attaches great importance to the influence of my country’s ideology and sports culture on the agenda setting,and proposes optimized strategies for the implementation and supervision of my country’s national fitness policy from the perspective of the media,in order to speed up the connection and interpretation between the national fitness policy and the audience Communicate with each other to better promote the national fitness policy and respond to social concerns.This article is composed of the following eight parts: Chapter One introduces the significance of the current research on the national fitness policy,and then proposes the significance,objects and research methods of the thesis research.The second chapter mainly sorts out and reviews the relevant literature and materials studied in this article,and elaborates the current research status at home and abroad.Chapter 3specifically defines the meaning of agenda setting,policy agenda,media agenda,audience agenda,as well as national fitness and national fitness policies,and other related concepts;Chapter 4 combs and analyzes my country ’ s existing national fitness policies,including a review of my country ’ s national fitness policies.A comparative analysis of the goals and requirements put forward in different periods of fitness.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the participants in the promotion of the national fitness policy from the perspective of the agenda setting theory,and the factors that affect the setting of the national fitness policy agenda.The sixth chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of social sports news reported by traditional media and new media in my country through case studies.The seventh chapter draws relevant conclusions based on the research of this article,and puts forward feasibility suggestions.The conclusions are as follows: under the guidance of the policy and the promotion of various media units,the general public’s awareness of social sports has increased,but the citizens’ active participation in physical fitness still needs external stimulation;the national fitness policy is involved in the continuous improvement The group of youths is becoming more and more comprehensive.Teenagers are still the main targets of national policy making,and individual groups are less concerned.At this stage,the distance between China’s cities and rural areas,and between developed and underdeveloped provinces and cities has reached the national fitness expectations There are still some gaps in the goal,and the policy itself needs to be tilted with the media attention;slower changes in ideological concepts,lack of professional talents,and insufficient funding are still the main aspects that restrict the development of social sports;from the perspective of new and old media participation,releases related to national fitness The media companies or personal accounts of the content are diversified,and the content and form are relatively single.The investigation and analysis of most media forms found that especially new media need to continuously update their products in accordance with policy requirements to attract audiences.The recommendations are as follows: in the future development,the target audience can be oriented,and the concept of sports health can be practiced;the construction of professional talents and the supplement of funds should be accelerated;the implementation mechanism and supervision mechanism of policy promotion can be improved.The eighth chapter is about the shortcomings of this research and the prospect of future research.
