Preschool is an important period for the formation of children’s awareness of rules.Regional activities have their own characteristics,emphasizing both freedom and rules.The establishment of regional activity rules plays an important role in cultivating children’s awareness of rules.Middle class children’s life experience is gradually rich,right and wrong judgment ability has sprouted,they have been able to understand the rules and gradually produce the consciousness to abide by the rules.Therefore,teachers should pay attention to the rules of regional activities to lay the foundation for the formation of children’s awareness of rules.At present,there are still some deviations in preschool teachers’ understanding of the rules.When teachers educate children,the focus is to guide them to be "obedient",rather than to cultivate their good rule awareness and concentration ability.The generative thinking mode of modern philosophy provides a breakthrough perspective for us to understand the rules.It requires teachers to realize the democracy,dynamic and reflective nature of regional activity rules,so as to form a scientific and reflective wisdom.According to the definition of rules,generation and other concepts in previous studies,this study clarifies the concept and characteristics of the generation of regional activity rules,and expounds the theoretical basis of the generation of regional activity rules.This study takes the middle class of s Kindergarten in Jinan as the research object,and mainly uses the observation method to obtain the data generated by the regional activity rules.Finally,99 rule generation events are studied.This study describes the current situation of the generation of regional activity rules from four dimensions of the main body,content,process and results of the generation of regional activity rules for middle-class children.Combined with interviews and cases,it deeply analyzes the rationality of the generation of regional activity rules for middle-class children,finds out the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward the optimization path.The results show that: the main body of rule generation is not balanced;the content of rule generation is unreasonable;the process of rule generation is not scientific;the reflectionlink of rule generation result is not perfect.Through the analysis,the causes of the problems can be summarized into three aspects: first,teachers do not have enough understanding of the formation of regional activity rules,which is mainly reflected in the deviation of the understanding of the value of the rules and the insufficient understanding of the formation process of the rules;second,they ignore the age characteristics of the formation and development of children’s rule consciousness;third,there are many problems in the creation of environment,such as unreasonable regional layout,chaotic materials,and so on Small space,etc.Based on the current situation of the generation of regional activity rules,this study puts forward the following suggestions for improvement: firstly,the concept change at the teacher level to enhance teachers’ understanding of the generation of rules and respect the age characteristics of children’s awareness of the development of rules;secondly,to optimize the creation of regional environment and actively play the suggestive role of the environment,and create a free and relaxed regional activity atmosphere.It is hoped that the above suggestions can broaden the way of thinking for improving the scientificity and rationality of the formation of regional activity rules.
