Learning quality has a decisive role in the development of children's learning effect and personality.How to cultivate the learning quality of infants and how teachers observe and record infants have been heated topics in preschool education.However,there are few practical researches on this aspect.The autonomous record form of infants in regional activities studied by this paper is still a novel autonomous record form of infants nowadays.The researcher hopes to provide some practical help for the observation and record work of front-line teachers and offer a new way for developing regional observation and record through this research.This research adopts purposeful sampling,selects Class A which is a middle class in B Kindergarten,N City where the researcher works as an intern,applies observation method,interview method and object analysis method,analysis method,analyzes and sorts collected data.The researcher forms a deep understanding of the development process and background of the autonomous record form of infants in regional activities through interviews and gives a systematic introduction of the form through combining with the observation and record of the class.The autonomous record form of infants in regional activities is made up of four steps,each of which has a form,namely plan:regional schedule,selection:regional inserted card,record:regional record form and reflection:regional reflection form.The researcher respectively summarizes the operation status and characteristics of infants according to four parts of the form through observing and teasing the current situation and analyzing the videos of infants' record activities and conducts a detailed analysis on the value of the form from the perspective of teachers and infants.Through the analysis of the collected data,the researchers analyzed the table.Children in the operatio n has the following phenomena:unstable task consciousness of infants,unclear rule consciousness of infants,a big difference between the number of written record and actual times of infants,inconspicuous liquidity of the form and infants' confusion about colors.Main reasons contain the characteristics of psychological development in middle class,the influence of recording time points and negligence of teachers.Aimed at the above problems,the researcher puts forward some teaching suggestions,including restoring the integrity of activities,making clear and stabilizing record time and times,exchanging and implementing the liquidity of the form,using indirect observation,conducting communication according to the unclear rules of infants and fully considering the rationality of making the form.
