Research On The Realization Of Ideological And Political Education Aim From The Perspective Of Self-realization

Self-actualization is the representative theory of humanistic psychology in the third trend of thought.In psychologist Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,self-actualization is a transcendental need on top of basic needs and developmental needs.It originally refers to the continuous development of an individual’s potential in personality,health,ability,life and other aspects,and then extends to the state of pursuing transcendence for people and things.Once the theory appeared,it had a huge impact on human social thought,leading the material-oriented of human society to the humanistic care of human beings themselves.The theory of self-actualization has great guiding significance for the society that advocates people-oriented.Growing up in the Internet era,contemporary post-00 s college students emphasize individuality and have a strong desire to pursue self-development.They hope their needs can be seen,respected,paid attention to and guided.The existence of funeral,Buddhist and other subcultures among college students indicates that the needs of the education objects have changed.If the education guidance is not timely,the problem will develop seriously,which will pose challenges to the self-realization of college students and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.Introducing the theory of self-actualization,exploring the purpose of ideological and political education and optimizing the purpose of ideological and political education from the double dimensions of self-actualization of human and self-development of ideological and political education are the necessary meaning of keeping pace with The Times of ideological and political education in universities.This paper studies the realization of the purpose of ideological and political education from the perspective of self-actualization by means of literature research,multidisciplinary comprehensive analysis and theoretical research.The following is divided into five parts to elaborate the structure of the paper.The first part of the paper starts from the research background and research significance,and then discusses the status quo of domestic and foreign research on the topic of the paper,as well as the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part mainly studies the theoretical correspondence between self-actualization and the purpose of ideological and political education.On the basis of analyzing the connotation of self-actualization theory and the purpose of ideological and political education,this paper finds out the tension relationship between self-actualization theory and the purpose of ideological and political education.The third part examines the realization of the goal of ideological and political education in theory and practice.To find out the problems in the process of realizing the purpose of ideological and political education,and to analyze the causes of the problems;The fourth part studies the feasibility of introducing the theory of self-actualization to the purpose of ideological and political education.Both of them promote individual development and generate theoretical impetus after introduction.Promote the development of ideological and political education;Return to the theme of human being for the purpose of ideological and political education;The fifth part is the research on the path to realize the goal of ideological and political education from the perspective of self-realization,which is elaborated from three aspects: insisting on moral education and cultivating people as the modern attribute of ideological and political education,constructing the practice system of humanistic ideological and political education and improving the professional ability of ideological and political education workers.
