With the fifth generation of mobile communication technology mature gradually,various techniques based on the relevant upper association,such as the big data,the internet of things,virtual reality,edge calculation,and so on,are used in various industries.In raising the efficiency of the industry at the same time,also reduces the cost of unnecessary for the industry.Behind the technology of mobile communication,mobile communications infrastructure plays an irreplaceable role.In particular,in the age of 5 g,because of technical characteristics,application scenarios,the requirement for service guarantee and power of infrastructure is more and more high.In the era of Internet of things and big data for the operational quality of infrastructure in China has increased,not simply rely on the resources and manpower to get repeatedly,such not only on the cost of enterprise unbearable,and how much room to improve on quality benefit is also difficult to estimate.Infrastructure has the characteristics of wide distribution,using artificial method based data acquisition operation quality cost is extremely high,and the basic do not have economies of scale,so it must use the internet of things support system collected dimension is appropriate,accurate and timely operation based data quality,simple and effective cleaning and process the data.Basic data driven running quality evaluation system,not only can improve the accuracy of the evaluation,a large amount of data is also constantly iterative optimization algorithm model,the algorithm model is close to the actual business,at the same time,advanced algorithm model can improve the rationality of the resource allocation policy,the marginal benefit of further expansion of resources,thus eventually run quality of "authors efficiency".Based on the IOT support system and infrastructure operation quality monitoring statistics,this paper evaluates the infrastructure operation quality in China.Because of the complexity and large scale of geography and economy in our country,the whole is divided into several regions,refined particle degree of the evaluation unit.Combination methods of K-MEANS of data mining technology,the existing area and hierarchical clustering,at the same time,using the entropy method to calculate the weight coefficient of evaluation index dimension,quantitative analysis of the running quality.At the same time,in accordance with the appropriate dimension,makes an analysis of the focus on the actual business scenarios,the main research work are:1)combined with the topic background and the requirement of data monitoring statistics,elaborated how the Internet of things system operation quality data stream,including the definition of warning,data stream and downstream data、upstream data。2)focus on infrastructure running scene,according to actual business model,a clear run quality evaluation dimensions and indicators system.3)use of data mining algorithm,analyze the infrastructure of the alarm data,considering the different parts of the difficulty of maintenance,the existing area stratification,and combining with the running quality of absolute value,system running quality evaluation area.
