The cultivation of attention quality,behavior norms and the construction of sound personality are of great importance to the growth and development of school-age children.Good attention can effectively enhance children’s thinking ability,through the cultivation and promotion of their attention,can effectively improve their learning ability.Moreover,the mental and social cognitive abilities of school-age children grow and develop greatly after they enter primary school,which is an important stage for their ability cultivation and character shaping.However,now many primary school students show different degrees of "easy distraction","small actions","disruption of classroom discipline,provoke classmates" and other bad behaviors,and these behaviors are in line with the core symptoms of different levels of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Need to notice is that children with ADHD symptoms,due to the concentration is more difficult or easy to stir,impulsive,during their study in primary school has showed a different degree of learning difficulties,and non-intelligence factor scores and low conduct evaluation of state,severity of ADHD symptoms will also to children’s mental health,self-esteem level and larger damage the quality of life,etc.Therefore,it is very necessary for schools and families to give scientific and effective training to primary school students with ADHD symptoms.In recent years,many studies have proved that mindfulness training can effectively promote the development of individual attention quality and psychological level.Moreover,mindfulness training is easy to operate and can be flexibly adjusted according to the different characteristics of the research objects.To sum up,this study aimed at the current intervention training for elementary ADHD symptoms still need to solve the problem,will the normal grade three primary school(aged 8 to 9)as the research object,explore mindfulness training and cognitive behavior training on grade three pupils level of ADHD symptoms,the improvement of test anxiety level,the level of self-concept the intervention effect of ascension and the intervention effect of two kinds of training methods were compared and discussed mindfulness training in the teaching of primary school education popularization.Methods:In the third grade of a primary school,three groups of students(63 students in total)were randomly selected as the research objects.The mindfulness group(n=19)received mindfulness training,the cognitive behavior group(n=25)received cognitive behavior training,and the control group(n=19)did not receive any intervention training.Mindfulness group and cognitive behavior group were given 45 minute mindfulness training course and cognitive behavior training course once a week for 8 weeks.This study will use Chinese version of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder rating scale(SNAP-Ⅳ)parent version,test anxiety scale,and piers Harris children’s self-concept scale to measure the ADHD symptom level,test anxiety level and self-concept level of the experimental group and the control group before and after.IBM SPSS statistics 27 was used to analyze the data.Results:(1)Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of ADHD symptoms,test anxiety and self-concept between the mindfulness group and the cognitive behavior group and the control group.(2)Through the intervention,the level of ADHD symptoms and test anxiety in the mindfulness group was significantly reduced,and the level of self-concept was significantly improved;In the cognitive behavior group,the levels of ADHD symptoms and test anxiety were significantly decreased,and the level of self-concept was significantly improved.Before and after intervention,there were no significant differences in ADHD symptom level,test anxiety level and self-concept level in the control group.(3)After the intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of ADHD symptoms,test anxiety and self-concept between the mindfulness group and the cognitive behavior group;There were significant differences in ADHD symptom level,test anxiety level and self-concept level between the mindfulness group and the control group.There were significant differences in the levels of ADHD symptoms,test anxiety and self-concept between the cognitive behavior group and the control group.Conclusions:Both mindfulness training and cognitive behavior training can significantly reduce the level of ADHD symptoms and test anxiety,and improve the level of self-concept of third grade primary school students.In addition,there was no significant difference in the improvement of ADHD symptom level,test anxiety level and self-concept level between the two kinds of intervention training.
