| Under the background of "Rural Revitalization" strategy and tourism development,rural tourism has become an important way to promote the development of urban and rural planning and the development of tourism across the country.Among them,the cultivation of rural tourism talents and the construction of talent team are the core elements to enhance the popularity of rural tourism and ensure the sustainable development of rural tourism.The long-established Mianzhu City is known as the “Drinking Town,Wine Country and the Mianzhu of Mountains and Waters”.Besides,it is a national demonstration city for leisure agriculture and rural tourism,whose rural tourism has greatdevelopment potential,which is of great significance toanalyze the status quo and cultivatethe rural tourism talents in Mianzhu City.This paper summarizes the relevant literature and reveals the development status of rural tourism and tourism talents at home and abroad.Study the rural tourism and the status quo of personnel training of Mianzhu City,through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and comprehensive analysis method.From which can find that there are some problems in the development process,such as the low quality of rural tourism practitioners,low level of education,unbalanced management structure,large gaps in professional talents,insufficient training and training,and single recruitment channels,which have all severely restricted the development of rural tourism in Mianzhu City.In response to these problems,this paper proposes countermeasures for the cultivation of rural tourism talents in Mianzhu City from two aspects: human resource management system and rural tourism stakeholders.Human resources management system: do a good job in recruiting rural tourism talents,improve the talent training system,optimize the structure of rural talents,and improve the salary management system of rural tourism industry;the perspective of rural tourism stakeholders: the support and guidance of government,active participation of villagers,the cooperation between operators and investors,the training of talents in universities and the matching of market demand,and the supervision of tourists,which all provide new measures for the development of ruraltourism in Mianzhu City,Sichuan Province,improve the training methods of rural tourism talents,promote effective and healthy development of rural tourism in Mianzhu City. |
