Study On The Improvement Of Public Employment Service Quality In Qinhuangdao City Based On SERVQUAL Model

Employment is the biggest people's livelihood,is a major issue facing the world in recent years,China's industry is particularly prominent,the employment of arduous and arduous,the government's important functions include public employment services,for economic development and social stability has played an important role.The research methods used in this paper are literature research method and field investigation method.Quantitative analysis method is used to quantify the level of public employment service,so as to achieve the purpose of evaluating the satisfaction of public employment service in Qinhuangdao.This paper starts from the research background,research purpose and significance,and makes a comparative analysis of the relevant research status at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant concepts of public employment service,employment quality and public satisfaction.The theoretical basis of the paper are new public service,stakeholder theory and service-oriented government theory,which will run through the whole process of the paper and provide theoretical guidance for the study of countermeasures.Based on SERVQUAL model,this paper sets up scientific evaluation index,reflects the public's expectation of public employment service in an all-round and multi-level way,establishes the evaluation index system and evaluation method of public employment service satisfaction,and carries out the field work on the basis of questionnaire survey.Investigation and analysis of the satisfaction degree of public employment service institutions in Qinhuangdao.Through quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes the degree of public acceptance of public employment services,and then evaluates the quality level of public employment services.Based on the on-the-spot investigation,this paper scientifically evaluates the achievements and actual level of public employment service in Qinhuangdao City,objectively analyzes the problems existing in the development of public employment service in Qinhuangdao and systematically expounds the reasons.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and measures to solve the problem from six aspects: financial input mechanism,talent team building,information feedback mechanism,service system construction,service items and forms,and public employment environment.This paper hopes to provide reference value for Qinhuangdao to establish a scientific and effective public employment service system through the study of the construction of public employment service system,and then to promote the realization of high-quality public employment service.
