Research On Budget Management Of H University

With the emphasis on higher education,higher education in China has made rapid development,and the university’s scale has been expanding.However,with the increase of education expenditure,the contradiction between the demand for funds and the limited supply of education funds is becoming more and more obvious.How to effectively use the limited funds and allocate them reasonably is the key to solving this contradiction.Only the effective allocation of resources can ensure the long-term and healthy development of universities.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the budget management level of colleges and universities.The link of budget management in university finance is very important,and it provides guarantee for the good development of universities.As an important means of resource allocation,scientific and effective budget management has become an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of universities,and improving the level of budget management is an important task of university financial management.However,there are still a series of problems in the budget management of universities in our country.Some universities have imperfect budget organization settings,simple preparation methods,lack of supervision in the implementation process,inadequate control links,and unscientific performance evaluation,etc.,which cannot be fully utilized.Budget management is the important role of university finance.With government accounting system reform,the promulgation of the new budget law,and government procurement reform have put forward higher requirements for college budget management.Therefore,colleges and universities must attach importance to budget management and take the new system reform as an opportunity to improve the level of budget management to adapt to the new situation and new development.This paper selects H University as the research object,based on actual investigations,case analysis,and access to relevant materials,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the budget management of H colleges and universities,and uses domestic and foreign experts and scholars to study the budget management of colleges and universities as the basic theory.The new management system reform is used as a guide to comprehensively analyze the budget management of H colleges and universities,and further analyze the reasons behind the budget management problems,and combine the requirements of the new system to provide targeted suggestions for optimizing the budget management of H colleges and universities.Provide reference for university budget management research.
