Research On Optimization Of Budget Management In XYS College

Founding Education is an important part of socialism education industry.It plays the very important role in the fast-developing education industry of China.As the new policy < The modification of private education law acceleration > issued in Sep 2017,it is more regulated on leading the social group to private education industry and the private education organizations can join in the market promotion.This will bring the new development opportunities to private education industry and the risk of re-distribution of private education resource.We have done some research on the financial management of private universities to confront the opportunities and risks.During the research,we noticed that most of private universities requires large amount of funds to invest into building,teaching and HR management so that they can compete with other universities.However,the income of private universities is very limited.Therefore,it will be a big challenge for private universities to develop.And it is very critical for the private universities to find out how to survive and develop with the limited funds.This essay is taking XYS university's current financial budget management system as the case study and did some research on compiling,implement,monitoring,adjusting and testing links to find out the issues and reasons for current budget management.According to the budget management theory,we improved the whole budgeting management for XYS University by controlling the expenses and enlarge the income channel and we improved the pre-management,process monitoring,analyzing the results,rewards and punishment system to achieve a better and more efficient resource allocation so the university is more competitive.The purpose of the research is to explore a new budget management model for fast growing private education industry through the research on XYS university current budget management and resolve the difficulty of funds limitation and improve the development of private universities which are in the period of transformation.
