Purpose: This study aims to explore the effects of Four Main Physical Training Methods on the changes of the Central neurotransmitter and entropy among China cross-country male skiers using the Encephalofluctuograph technology(ET).With a view to providing scientific basis for coaches to scientifically arrange training plans and control the influence of central fatigue on training quality. Methods: 18 male cross-country skiers from China Cross-Country Skiing Team were recruited in this study. The Single group interactive design of 2(Pre,Post)×4 [High-intensity Interval Training(HIT),Moderate-intensity Aerobic Exercise(MAE),Low-intensity aerobic exercise(LAE),and Moderate-intensity strength training(MST)] was used. All subjects performed four different training tasks. The ET data and RPE(Rating of Perceived Exertion)value of all subjects before and after the four training tasks were obtained. The Repeated measurement analysis of variance and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data of ET and RPE in SPSS19.0(SPSS Inc.,Chicago,IL,USA).Results:(1)Comparison of pre-and post-training tests with different intensities showed that the neurotransmitter 5-hydroxtryptamine(5-HT)increased significantly, dopamine decreased significantly and entropy value increased significantly after training In HIT and MAE(P<0.01);the neurotransmitter 5-HT and dopamine increased significantly before and after training in LAE and MST,but did not reach the central fatigue state(P<0.01);The activity levels of neurotransmitter 5-hydroxtryptamine and dopamine of LAE group and MST group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in entropy value(P>0.05);(2)The comparison between the test groups after training showed that in HIT and MAE,the post-test values of 5-HT were significantly higher than those in LAE and MST(P<0.01).The post-test values of dopamine in HIT and MAE were significantly lower than those in LAE and MST(P<0.01).the entropy value in the HIT was significantly higher than that of the LAE and MST(P<0.01),he entropy value in the MAE was significantly higher than that of the LAE(P<0.01);(3)5-HT was highly negatively correlated with DA,5-HT was moderately positive correlated with RPE(P<0.01),5-HT was moderate positive correlation with entropy,DA was highly negatively correlated with RPE,DA was moderate negatively correlated with entropy.Conclusions:(1)1-hour High-intensity Interval Training and Moderate-intensity Aerobic Exercise lead to significantly central fatigue, had significantly improved 5-HT and decreased DA.HIT and MAE training leads to a decrease in the degree of orderly brain function of athletes;1 hour of low-intensity aerobic exercise and moderate-intensity strength training did not cause significant central fatigue;(2)Central fatigue induced by High-intensity Interval Training and Moderateintensity Aerobic Exercise might be related to the increase in activity intensity of 5-HT and the decrease in activity intensity of DA.
