Objective: Wth the rapid development of competitive sports, exercise intensity is becoming more and more intensity. In sports training, the athletes are easy to become fatigue and even excessive fatigue after the exercise. If not eliminate the fatigue timely, it can cause the accumulation of fatigue, which is not conducive to improve athletes’ performance, and may also affect their physical health. All along, the prevention of fatigue and recovery is a key element in sports training. To this end, the researchers did a lot of research and exploration. In recent years, the biological effects of electromagnetic research have become more and more popular, in clinic; the method also had the preliminary application of the magnetic field to treat disease, and made some good effect. Magnetic stimulation has caused the attention of the researchers, the magnetic field treatment also gradually become a research hotpot. By establishing mice swimming fatigue model and giving the two kinds of fatigue mice magnetic field intensity, the author observed their changes in brain in the two central fatigue recovery, electrical pulse magnetic field mice and weave form, in order to obtain the pulse magnetic field interference effects on mice under central fatigue recovery and provide experimental basis for pulse magnetic field therapy exercise fatigue, as the protection technology in the popular fitness, laying a foundation for the application of the modern athletic sports after reasonable recovery.Methods: This research mainly through the experiment, studies 60 clean level Kunming species male mice provided by the xi ’an jiaotong university laboratory animal center, which are randomly divided into four groups, respectively named as normal, swimming group, low intensity magnetic therapy group, the high intensity magnetic therapy group according to the requirements of the experiment. Mice swimming group do 8 weeks’ increasing load swimming exercise.the low intensity magnetic therapy group and the high intensity magnetic therapy group mice receive 30 minutes’ pulse magnetic field exposure at the end of the training every day in addition to training activities consistent with the swimming mice, the magnetic field strength is 80 m T, 120 m T, magnetic field frequency is8 Hz.To weigh each changes in body weight in mice weekly and the time mice swimming to exhaustion during 6, 7, 8 weeks, detection experiments were made to each group on the change of serotonin(5-HT), dopamine(DA), gamma-aminobutyric acid(GAGB), the content of acetylcholine(Ach) in 8 weeks,observing Nepal’s staining of mice hippocampus neuron morphological structure after 8 weeks.Results:(1)The first three weeks of the experiment, the mice body weight has increased, but the normal group’s growth rate is slightly lower than other groups.At the beginning of the fourth week, swimming group low, intensity magnetic therapy group and the high intensity magnetic therapy group mice weight growth is slower than normal control group, even swimming group has a certain degree of losing weight, high intensity magnetic therapy group mice weight occurs certain degree of decline in the 6th weeks,of low intensity magnetic therapy group mice weight of a certain degree of decline during the 6th and the 8th weeks.(2)By pulsed magnetic field treatment 6, 7, 8 weeks, than to the swimming group, high and low intensity magnetic therapy group has extended swimming time, has a very significant difference(P<0.01), and 8 weeks high intensity magnetic therapy group and the low intensity magnetic therapy group mice swimming to burnout time differences, with significant difference(P<0.05). The pulse magnetic field treatment 6, 7 weeks, compared with the swimming group, high and low intensity magnetic therapy group has extended swimming time, difference has very significant meaning(P < 0.01). To 8 weeks with the swimming group than that of high and low intensity magnetic therapy group has extended swimming time, has a very significant difference(P < 0.01), and high intensity magnetic therapy group and low intensity magnetic therapy group with significant difference(P<0.05), at the same time, high intensity magnetic therapy group with low intensity magnetic therapy in mice mice swimming time tends to extend to exhaustion. 6, 7 weeks, swimming mice appeared, drowning the obviously than magnetic therapy group, especially in the high intensity magnetic therapy group.(3)Swimming group 5-HT, GAGB, DA/5-HT and the control group with very significant difference(p<0.01), swimming group DA, Ach and significant differences between the normal group(p < 0.05).Swimming group 5-HT, DA, GAGB, Ach, DA / 5-HT and between low intensity magnetic therapy group, the high intensity magnetic therapy group with very significant difference(p<0.01), at the same time, high intensity magnetic therapy group 5-HT, GAGB and low intensity magnetic therapy group with very significant difference between(p<0.01).(4)Within eight weeks after swimming mice hippocampus neuron damage the magnetic therapy group.Conclusions:(1)Pulse magnetic field can effectively reduce fatigue mice serotonin and gamma aminobutyric acid content, improve the fatigue mice acetylcholine and the content of dopamine, restore the balance of central excitatory and inhibitory and resistance so as to achieve the effect of fatigue, the pulse magnetic field therapy by central nervous system play the role of sports fatigue resistance. In addition, 120 mt intensity of magnetic field treatment than 80 mt intensity of magnetic field effect is more obvious.(2)Pulse magnetic field to prevent central fatigue in mice hippocampal pyramidal cells with neuronal loss, reduce the damage of hippocampal neurons, maintain the normal structure of neurons. In addition, 120 mt intensity of magnetic field treatment than 80 mt intensity of magnetic field effect is more obvious.(3)Pulse magnetic field can effectively improve the ability of mouse movement, can improve the autonomic activities in mice, significantly prolong exhaustion exercise.
