Research On The Practice Of "Mixed Teaching Method" In College Volleyball Class

With the progress of the times,online teaching has begun to be integrated into the teaching methods and methods of all higher education,but the simple online teaching can not effectively control the implementation and development of sports.Therefore,the "hybrid teaching method" is introduced into the volleyball elective course in Colleges and universities.The combination of online teaching mode and offline teaching mode is not necessary for online and offline teaching mode Make up for the problem,so as to effectively use the existing resources to improve the students’ comprehensive quality.The research adopts the method of literature,logic analysis,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out the experiment of "mixed teaching method" for the students of volleyball elective course in general colleges and universities,aiming to apply the advanced teaching method of "online and offline" to the public sports class.In the experiment,the female volleyball class of 2019 normal university undergraduate public sports course of Bohai University was taken as the experimental object,and the control class used the common offline teaching method to carry out the teaching activities.The experimental class adopted the online and offline mixed teaching method,and carried out the experiment on the premise that the external factors were consistent.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the conclusion is that "hybrid teaching method" has a significant impact on the students’ special assessment,master of basic theory and the extension of basic theory.However,the teaching process of "mixed teaching method" is more complicated and should be developed selectively according to their own conditions.
