Objective: With the progress of science and technology,the development of the Internet has been refined,all sectors of society are developing rapidly with the help of the advantages and functions of the Internet,the era of the Internet has come,especially the rapid development of Internet education abroad,schools and educational institutions are using the Internet to achieve mixed teaching to achieve the sharing of educational resources,but in the field of physical education teaching in domestic colleges and universities,the traditional teaching mode is still in the mainstream of teaching,especially the teaching of physical education subjects and arts,most teachers still continue the traditional teaching mode,that is,the use of limited time in the classroom to teach all the contents of the teaching plan,but often It will ignore the subjectivity and initiative of students’ learning,and the teaching method used by teachers is still to demonstrate after teachers explain,or to demonstrate while explaining,students’ task is to imitate teachers and to practice mainly,which will lead students to habitually imitate and lose their ability to explore independently,which will lead to the slow improvement of teaching quality.In order to improve teaching quality and make every student truly learn a motor skill,this requires teachers to be able to adapt to the development of the times,with the help of the advantages of the Internet teaching platform to constantly update teaching methods and teaching models,this paper attempts to adopt a hybrid teaching model,Into teaching,So that teachers form new teaching ideas,teaching ideas,and realize online and offline interactive teaching mode,so as to effectively promote the enthusiasm and autonomy of students’ learning,and then the improvement of teaching quality is within reach.Methods: This paper tries to design the mixed teaching mode,which is in line with the rapid development of teaching reform,and apply it to the elective course of badminton in colleges and universities.Results :1.According to the badminton special physical quality,the main special physical quality test of the students in the experimental group included badminton throw far,cross quadrant jump P which were lower than the α value(0.05).2.significant difference between the scores of forehand,forehand,forehand and backhand in and the P of the significant probability values were lower than those of the control group.3.significant difference in the scores of forehand,forehand,forehand and backhand between the 3.and the control,and the P of the significant probability values were lower than those of the control group.Conclusion: Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the mixed teaching mode has a significant influence on badminton special physical quality and badminton teaching quality.It is very feasible to apply the mixed teaching mode to badminton teaching in public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.
