| Promoting the professional development of teaching researchers is not only an individual matter of teaching researchers,but also an important management work of educational administrative departments and educational departments.The basic education situation in new era hopes that the team of teaching researchers is high-level and specialized.Education administrative departments and teaching and research departments at all levels are thinking about effective ways to promote the professional development of teaching researchers.In theory,teaching researchers have a variety of roles,and the professional development of teaching researchers has a variety of models,a variety of directions.In many cases,the clear orientation of the role of teaching researchers can point out the direction for the professional development of teaching researchers,and find the breakthrough point for the professional development of teaching researchers,which is very important to the professional development of teaching researchers.Under this context,exploring the role orientation of professional development of teaching researchers in Putian City can go deep into understanding of teaching researchers and find more "real" and "should" states hidden behind the professional development of teaching researchers.The main problem of this study is: how to construct the professional development direction of Putian teaching researchers according to the theory of social role? What is the real state of professional development of teaching researchers in Putian? What is the ideal state of professional development of teaching researchers? what is the distance between the real and the ideal state? What constraints professional development of teaching researchers in Putian? How can teaching researchers achieve to be the ideal state,that is,how to develop into professional curriculum leaders?This study adopts field research in qualitative research methodology as the main research method.The present situation of professional development of a teaching researchers in Putian City is obtained through various ways and means.Based on the analysis of the three dimensions of professional spirit,professional knowledge and professional ability of teaching researchers,this paper puts forward the proper state of professional development of teaching and research staff,that is," professional curriculum leader ".And the concept of "professional curriculum leader" can be divide into five dimensions: academic research(education and teaching research,experimental design and promotion of teaching reform),curriculum development and design(implementation of national curriculum program promotion,local curriculum development and design,participation in school curriculum planning and design),teacher professional guidance and development services(teacher training and management,organization of teaching and research activities,guidance of teachers’ teaching,building of a platform for teachers to compete,In order to find out the pattern and law of professional development of teaching researchers in Putian city through the analysis and comparison of the real and ideal state of teaching and researchers’ professional development.The basic conclusion is: first,there are many problems in the process of professional development of Putian teaching researchers,whether in the way of professional spirit,professional knowledge,or professional ability,which make teaching researchers can not adapt to the changes of the current basic education situation.Reconstructing the professional development model of Putian teaching researchers is the inevitable choice of Putian education form and the requirement of strengthening basic education teaching and research work.Second,according to the characteristics and rules of the professional development of teaching researchers in our country,as well as the new situation and challenges of the reform of basic education,and research staff should realize the development of professional curriculum leaders,should improve the professional quality of teaching researchers to become professional curriculum leaders — — produce the internal motive force of professional development of teaching researchers;establish a working mechanism to promote the development of teaching researchers as professional curriculum leaders — —establish a system basis for professional development of teaching researchers;Improve the external policy and system of professional development of teaching researchers —— add external driving force to the professional development of teaching researchers.Third,we must promote the professional development of Putian teaching researchers to become professional curriculum leaders through the joint efforts of teaching researchers themselves,teaching and research system and external policy environment support. |
