Research On The Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of Yin Xiaoyan,an Excellent Karate Athlete In China

Karate will debut at the 32 nd Summer Olympic Games as an official competition.In addition,karate has been included in the 2026 Youth Olympic Games in Dakar,which has attracted widespread attention worldwide.China officially introduced karate in July 2006 in official form,the China Karate Association was established in December 2008,and karate was successfully included in the Olympic Games in August 2016,and karate in China then entered into an intensive preparation cycle,and karate became an official competition event of the National Games in China in August 2017,marking a new era for karate in China.Within a decade of karate development in China,a large number of world outstanding female group hand athletes emerged one after another.This paper uses research methods such as literature method,video observation method,mathematical and statistical method,comparative analysis method and expert interview method to select and statistically analyze the competition videos of China’s outstanding female karate team hand athletes Yin Xiaoyan in 2019 National Karate Championships,2019 Karate K1 Super League Shanghai Station and 2018 Karate K1-A Series Shanghai Station to find out China’s outstanding karate The characteristics of Yin Xiaoyan’s technical and tactical use in the competition,and analyze the technical and tactical use characteristics of Yin Xiaoyan’s main competitors,so as to propose targeted training countermeasures and provide a reference basis for Yin Xiaoyan and China’s outstanding female players to prepare for international tournaments.The results of the study are as follows.(1)Yin Xiaoyan is better at using single boxing technique,the scoring rate of boxing technique is higher,and there is still a big gap between the ability of leg and fall technique and the excellent athletes abroad.In the application of single technology,boxing and leg techniques are more balanced,other leg fall and plantar sweep are the most used in fall technology,compared with single fall technology,the utilization rate and success rate of combined fall technology are higher.(2)Yin Xiaoyan shows the characteristics of "single technical attack is the main,combined technical attack is the auxiliary" in the use of offensive techniques.In terms of scoring,the scoring rate of single technique is higher;The opponents show the characteristics of "single attack technology is the main,single technology and combination technology develop harmoniously",but the overall scoring rate of technology use is not high.(3)Yin Xiaoyan is good at taking the initiative to attack at different times.In the application of technology,Yin Xiaoyan is good at the single attack technology of "straight line",while the foreign excellent team player is good at the combination attack of " mobilization" type.In terms of footwork,Yin Xiaoxiao highlighted the characteristics of " stability ",while foreign outstanding group athletes highlighted the characteristics of " flexible ".(4)Yin laughs that the tactical use is mainly offensive tactics,supplemented by the attack tactics and defensive tactics.The frequency of tactical use from high to low is the offensive tactics,counterattack tactics,attack tactics,the most used offensive tactics in all tactics,the main reason for the obvious difference is the kar ate scoring rules,in the two athletes is between the attack and defensive technical contest and psychological game.
