Study On The Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of Elite Women’s Team Athletes At The Third Station Of The 2019 National Karate Championship Series

With the rapid development of karate in China,the overall level of femal e karate players in China has improved significantly,and their strength cannot be underestimated.Some athletes in China have also had a history of winning gold and silver medals in international competitions,but the overall level still needs further improvement.The 2019 National Karate Championship is a top-level event organized by Chinese Karate Association,which assembles the top-level domestic karate players and represents the best sports technology and tactics of karate in China.This research utilizes the methods of documentary,expert interview,field investigation,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Through the statistical analysis of the usage of techniques and tactics among five different levels of female groups in this event,we summarizes the characteristics of the used techniques and tactics in order to provide a systematic and theoretically informed training for Chinese National Karate team and prepare themselves for 2020 Tokyo Olympics.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.In the competition,athletes mainly use boxing technique and leg technique,supplemented by combination technique,and use less throwing technique.Among them,fist technique has the highest success rate and the leg technique has the highest use rate.The throwing technique has the lowest use rate but instead has a relatively high success rate;2.In the application of fist technique,the number of fist technique used in the upper segment is significantly higher than that in the middle segment.In terms of the application of fist technique in different weight levels of athletes,there is no significant difference of using forehand and backhand technique among athletes of middle and small weight level.The backhand technique in upper segment is more prominent among athletes of large weight level and has a relatively high success rate;3.In terms of the use of leg technique,Chinese excellent karate female players mainly use cross kick,side kick and hook kick,while the use of turn leg technique is less.The success rate of upper leg technique is higher than that of the middle leg technique;4.In the application of wrestling technique,Chinese excellent karate female players are less frequently using this technique.Boxing combination is the most often used technique of all combination techniques among the excellent female players in China;5.Among the Chinese excellent female karate players in this series,the numbers of successful scores are mostly concentrated in the second half of the match.Of 25 matches,our excellent female players win first and win senshu in 20 matches;6.In the use of tactics among Chinese excellent karate women’s players,the frequencies of tactics used from high to low are direct attack tactics,head-on tactics,close to tactics,defensive counterattack tactics,feint tactics and15 s foul tactics.In general,the numbers of tactics used by players in middle and small weight level are more than that in large weight level.
