| With the progress of the new curriculum reform,education informatization requires teachers and students to build a new type of teacher-student relationship,and information technology must be added to promote teaching in the education and teaching process.Teachers not only need to have solid professional basic knowledge and abilities,also need to have professional skills to promote the integration of information technology and education in the context of the new curriculum.At present,middle school teachers cannot solve the problem of the integration of technology and education well in the process of education and teaching,and their knowledge of the concept of media technology is relatively scarce in teaching.In order to solve this problem,we need to summarize the characteristics of excellent teachers’ technical application and cultivate the ability of in-depth integration of information technology and curriculum of front-line teachers.Discussing the characteristics of excellent teachers’ technical application is very important for the professional development of teachers.It is conducive to the growth of young teachers and the smooth progress of teachers’ teaching process.This research takes junior high school physics classroom teaching videos as the research object,and explores the characteristics of junior high school physics teachers in classroom teaching behavior from the three dimensions of classroom behavior,teaching media and TPACK,from the relative centrality of data and lag sequence analysis.Summarize the characteristics of technology application that adapt to the professional development of teachers in the new era,and propose strategies and suggestions for teachers’ professional development in junior high school physics classrooms based on the results of data analysis.The study found:(1)The most important teaching behaviors in the classroom are "teacher questioning" and "student answering".Teachers should add the behavior of "giving guidance or instructions" when asking questions to guide students to think and speed up students’ thinking about problems;(2)In physics class,teachers sometimes use physics experiment equipment for teaching activities.In experimental teaching,teachers should pay attention to using traditional interactive media and adopt appropriate strategies to teach teaching content on different topics;(3)After the teacher asks the question and the student answers,there will be two teaching behaviors: "praise or encourage" and "interactive promotion or emphasis".The teacher’s praise of the students’ answers can increase the students’ subjective initiative,so that the students are willing to learn and devote themselves to the learning process.In addition,the teacher emphasizes the students’ answers after the students answer the questions,which can deepen the students’ memory of the knowledge point;(4)The most common types of media use in physics classrooms are teaching media such as "declarative media supported by information technology","traditional declarative media",and "only language".Teachers should not abuse technology in the teaching process to avoid the situation where multimedia courseware is full of classrooms.It is necessary to select appropriate technical media for teaching according to different topics,and teachers need to support the learning of different topics based on the advantages of different technical media. |
