| Insufficient physical activity has become the fourth major risk factor for death worldwide,second only to high blood pressure,smoking,and hyperglycemia.Insufficient physical activity can also increase the risk of depression in adolescents.In addition to the physical activity of adolescents directly affecting their health,the behavioral habits developed during that period will continue into adulthood and have a long-term impact on their subsequent lives.The community is an important living environment where young people live for the longest time except school.In order to clarify the community environmental factors that affect young people’s physical activity,and the differences in the impact of each influencing factor on the population of different demographic variables,the literature method and expert interviews are used Research methods such as method and questionnaire survey method,adopt stratified random sampling method,take the adolescents and community workers in Guiyang City,Qiannan Prefecture,and Bijie City of Guizhou Province as the survey objects,and use the Youth Physical Activity Questionnaire(PAQ-CN),The Adolescent Sedentary Behavior Questionnaire(ASAQ-CN),as well as the community environment questionnaire and community staff questionnaire developed as a survey tool,discussed the current situation of adolescent physical activity in Guizhou Province and its relationship with various factors in the community environment.Results: The average physical activity score of adolescents aged12-18 in Guizhou Province was 2.20±0.57(male: 2.27±0.59,female:2.14±0.55),and sedentary behavior reached 5.15±3.71h/day(male:5.23±3.64h/day),Female: 5.08±3.34h/day);the overall screen time reached 1.37±1.45h/day(20.9% did not meet the standard),among which boys were 1.44±1.52h/day(21.8% did not meet the standard),and girls were 1.30±1.38h/day(20.1% did not meet the standard);the children in the main family scored the highest level of physical activity(2.28±0.58),and the children from single-parent families had the longest sedentary time(6.02±1.30h/day);13-year-old children reached the highest level of physical activity(2.42±0.58)0.54);regression analysis shows: "community sports publicity" has adj R2=10.6% for adolescents in urban areas,adj R2=3% for adolescents in rural areas;"sports venue type" has adj R2=10.8% for physical activities of junior high school students,high school students adj R2=6.1%;"community green belt" for girls physical activity adj R2=4.2%,boys adj R2=3%;"community companions" for single-parent family children adj R2=23.3%,nuclear family adj R2=11.4%.Conclusion: The physical activity level of adolescents in Guizhou Province is lower,and the physical activity level of boys is slightly higher than that of girls;the playable green areas in the communities of Guizhou Province and the overall viewing of the community have a greater impact on girls and junior high school students;traffic safety has a greater impact on girls and junior high school students.Junior high school students and urban adolescents have a greater impact;girls,urban adolescents and children from single-parent families are more susceptible to the influence of their peers in the community;the primary factors affecting the physical activities of young people in the community environment are the number,types,and sports atmosphere of sports venues.Recommendations: 1)Combining the interests and hobbies of junior high school students and girls,enrich the types of community sports venues in Guizhou Province;2)Combining the needs of junior high school students and girls,improve the traffic safety around urban communities in Guizhou Province;3)Focus on junior high school students and girls,Strengthen the publicity of community sports in Guizhou Province by adopting the urban-based and rural-assisted approach;4)Focus on high school students,girls,and children from single-parent families,and strengthen the interaction between urban communities and neighborhoods in Guizhou Province. |
