| With the continuous development of China’s economy and the rising living standards of the people,under the guidance and advocacy issued by the State Council on the National Fitness Program No.46 issued by the State Council and the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China Rising into national wars,the people’s demand for spiritual culture is increasingly prominent EY Ping Pong Club(hereinafter referred to as EY Club)is a ping pong ball club established in 2013 in Dongcheng District,Beijing.The club and the continuous small workshop-style instruction,Bx club is facing increasingly severe challenges in the market.This article mainly uses literary research methods,questionnaire survey methods,and theoretical research methods,and takes BY club as the research object to conduct in-depth research on the core issue of its marketing strategy.This article combines the summary of marketing theories such as STP theory and 4P marketing strategy to provide a theoretical reference for the research of BY club marketing strategy.In-depth study of the internal and external environment faced by the BY club,focusing on the industry competition it faces and current market needs,specifically understanding its human resources,customers and other resources,as well as management and marketing capabilities,and comprehensively evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of the BY club.Through subdividing the table tennis training market,determine the choice and positioning of the target market,and then focus on the five specific strategies of product,price,channel,promotion and service for BY club to expand the market.Finally,from the aspects of customer management and maintenance,how to strengthen the construction of the marketing team,improve the service and improve the quality evaluation standards,the corresponding guarantee plan is proposed to help the BY club gain a competitive advantage in the marketing direction and achieve the goal of sustainable and healthy development of the club.The content of this article can guide the BY club to formulate reasonable marketing strategies and help the BY club to achieve greater advantages in marketing work.At the same time,it can also provide practical and effective reference materials for other table tennis training institutions to improve marketing strategies. |
