Objective: Crossfit training is a kind of training mode which combines core strength and adaptive practice.The purpose of training is to stimulate the adaptive response of the practitioner as comprehensively as possible and to achieve the effect of rapidly improving the physical state in the exercise.This study combines the core strength,some training methods suitable for children’s physical development and Crossfit common training methods according to the characteristics of children’s physical development in taekwondo,and forms a Crossfit training scheme for children’s beginners.The training effect is observed in taekwondo club.Methods: According to the principle of Crossfit training system,the Crossfit training scheme for children beginners of taekwondo was established by literature and expert interview.The experimental group and the control group were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental method was used to carry out 8 weeks training intervention for the experimental group and the control group respectively.Before and after the training,the SIMI 3D image system was used to collect the data,and the joint velocity index was analyzed and compared by mathematical statistics,The results of the analysis lead to the following conclusions:Results:1.The peak rate of hip joint in the experimental group was significantly improved after the training of knee lift to hip(T2),which was significantly different from that in the control group.2.The peak rate of knee joint in the experimental group and the control group increased significantly after the training of knee lift and hip rotation,and The experimental group was significantly different from the control group.3.After the reduction stage(T4)training,the peak velocity of ankle joint in the experimental group and the control group increased significantly,The experimental group was significantly different from the control group.4.After training,the experimental group significantly shortened the time of knee lift to hip,reduction stage and total time;the control group significantly shortened the time of reduction stage;the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in the time of knee lift to hip and total time,and the time of reduction was very significant.Conclusion:1.Crossfit the training program,the addition of arrow jump,in situ high leg lift,bow jump,crab step,prone alternate lateral knee lift and other training methods can enhance the iliopsoas muscle and rectus abdominis,transverse abdominis,oblique abdominis and other parts of the psoas and abdominal muscle strength,add the core strength training means,combine dynamic and static movements to enhance the psoas and gluteus muscles and other muscle strength,improve the body control ability.2.The Crossfit training program greatly improves the body control ability and balance ability by enhancing the muscle strength of the psoas and abdominal muscles,accelerates the braking process in the reduction stage of the horizontal kick,reduces the T2、T4 time,and shortens the total time of the whole movement of the horizontal kick.Crossfit training program can improve the sports ability of taekwondo beginners more than traditional physical training in the same training time.
