The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of core strength training on Taekwondo Athletes' technical movements Back Spinning Kick,this study mainly adopts the experimental method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The objects of this study is 20 athletes serving in the Taekwondo team of Hebei province.The training program of the core strength of the athletes was modified to test the angle,speed,movement and time of the taekwondo athletes when doing the technical action of Back Spinning Kick,and the data were statistically processed,and the changes of the indicators before and after the experiment were identified by the data processing.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The average reaction time before and after the experiment was not significantly different,but the activity time was significantly different.This difference shows that the movement time is significantly shortened,and the core strength quality training can effectively improve the speed of the completion of the Back Spinning Kick movement,thus shortening the time of the completion of the action;2.There was no significant difference between the knee and ankle joint and ankle joint angle before and after the experiment.There are significant differences between the hip rotation and the two time nodes of the kick.this phenomenon shows that the training of the core strength has a significant effect on the hip flexion angle at different time points,and the movement of the hip joint is more extensive.3.Before and after the experiment,the athletes support leg,when lifting or kicking,the angle of each joint of the support leg is not significantly different before and after the experiment.Therefore,there is no significant effect on the joint angle of the leg when the experiment is performed on the support leg of the tested group.4.After the experiment,the speed of the toes decreased obviously when the attack leg was folded,and the speed of the knee joint was obviously improved.the bending speed of the knee joint increased significantly when the players turned and kicked.thus,the stability of the hip joint was greatly improved after the experiment,and the kick speed of the toe was improved significantly.After the experiment,the distance of the toe of the attack leg was reduced to a certain extent before and after the X-axis,but the change of the distance moved in the Y-axis direction was not significant before and after the experiment.The distance between the upper and lower Z-axis is significantly different.This phenomenon shows that the core strength training improves the control ability of the action,and improves the completion degree.
