Development Strategy Of Ice And Snow Sports Development Of Shijiazhuang Ice And Snow Characteristic School Under Background Of2022 Winter Olympic Games

Under the opportunity of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,China’s ice and snow sports have been developed vigorously.In order to achieve the strategic goal of "300 million people on ice and ice," the Ministry of Education plans the development strategy layout of campus snow and ice projects,Shijiazhuang ice and snow sports into the campus activities ushered in a huge opportunity for development.this paper through literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods to visit 15 snow and ice schools in Shijiazhuang city,By investigating and analyzing the cognition of participants,the development of snow and ice sports in school and the guarantee of ice and snow sports on campus,we can summarize the successful experience of Shijiazhuang Campus Ice and Snow Sports,find the influencing factors and put forward solutions.The survey results show that teachers are actively preparing lessons,students are interested in participating in ice and snow sports,parents are strongly supporting the development of snow and ice sports,but there are also some concerns.Shijiazhuang Ice and Snow Characteristic School has set up campus ice and snow sports courses suitable for this region,the campus is rich in ice and ice cultural activities,snow and ice sports system is perfect.Campus ice and snow sports safety is more adequate,However,there are still deficiencies in the following aspects: special funds for snow and ice,less professional ice and snow sports venues,low level of teachers in snow and snow sport,shortage of professional snow teachers,more perfect policies and regulations,but lack of specific implementation details.The development strategy is to support the construction of social ice and snow sites,share the site resources,research and development of scientific and technological equipment;Strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the level of teachers movement;Increase the school ice and snow sports special funds,adjust the use direction of funds;Formulate specific rules for the development of ice and snow sports,and perfect the assessment system for schools with snow and ice characteristics.Improve the safety and security of students,open up access to students.
