| Coaches are an important support and strength for the development of competitive sports,mass sports and inter-school sports.Under the background of building a "Sports Power" and a "Healthy China" in an all-round way,the three tasks of 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and 2022 Qatar Football World Cup qualifier have come to the test,which has increased the dependence of China’s sports on Coaches’ coaching ability.However,the improvement of coaching ability can not be separated from the guarantee of scientific and systematic path.In order to develop the coaching ability of coaches and promote the effective coaching of coaches,more attention should be paid to the research of coaching ability development path of coaches.Based on this,this study uses literature research,expert interview,questionnaire survey and other methods to investigate 92 coaches from 21 sports events,analyzes the current situation of coaches’ coaching ability improvement path,identifies the constraints of coaches’ coaching ability improvement,and actively uses the constructivism learning theory prevailing in the field of education for reference to innovate coaches’ coaching ability improvement path.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Constructivism learning theory of "take the student as the main body","pay attention to the situation learning","cooperative learning" and "emphasize the student to the knowledge significance construction" and other claims can accurate and appropriate to reveal the internal cognitive regularity of coaches and efficient learning coaches coaching ability for innovation learning path rich theoretical basis,at the same time for the coaches job training project into the reform of the new concept.(2)In the actually path and ideal path of improving coach’s coaching ability,coach’s on-the-job training ranks first.In addition,in the actually path,the athlete’s experience and interaction with other coaches rank second and third respectively;In the ideal path,interaction with other coaches is ranked second,while mentoring and attending seminars/conferences are tied for third.At the start of coach’s on-the-job training since founded in 1987,the state sport general administration and the provincial and municipal sports bureau,sports teams and other collaborative efforts,after start-up and application promotion,steady development,rapid development of four stages of evolution,the development becomes more and more perfect,science,system,already developed now become one of the indispensable path to improve coaches coaching skills.(3)The factors restricting the improvement of coaches’ teaching ability include the lack of internal motivation、low learning initiative,low cultural literacy、poor English ability;Also includes the performance appraisal mechanism is not scientific、the incentive system is not perfect,the output channel is not clear、the security path is not sound and other external environmental problems.(4)The plight of the path of ascension based on coaches coaching ability,and connecting with the constructivism learning theory,think: the macro level to play to the role of the national macroeconomic regulation and control,improve the system,mechanism and platform,makes the teaching ability actively constructing coaches,including: 1)coaches access system strictly,to speed up the building coaches professional certification;2)strengthen academic education and non-academic education,and improve the educational system for coaches;3)open communication channels and create a platform for co-construction and sharing of learning resources;4)establish and improve the evaluation mechanism and incentive system for coaches;At the middle level,it is necessary to give play to the role of the responsible subject of the organizational structure and shape the situational training model,including: 1)follow the concept of "taking the coach as the center",and promote the construction of the significance of the coach in practice;2)carry out the "tutorial system" learning mode with schools or clubs as the carrier;3)relying on good scientific research conditions,increase the research efforts on the coach,and promote the "combination of teaching and research";At the micro level,coaches should take self-improvement as the guidance to stimulate the endogenous motivation of their own learning,including: 1)create a "home for coaches" and build a collaborative innovation platform;2)carry out informal learning with the help of Internet platform;3)pay attention to teaching practice and accumulate teaching experience in different situations;4)constantly reflect and integrate new teaching knowledge on the basis of previous experience;5)improve English level and absorb the international cutting-edge achievements of coach research. |
