The four-year Fujian Provincial Games is the highest level of competitive events in Fujian Province.The results of track and field competitions in colleges and universities can effectively reflect the current level and strength of track and field athletics in colleges and universities in Fujian Province.This article takes the distribution of track and field medals in Group A of Colleges and Universities in the 16th Fujian Games in 2018 as the analysis object,and uses the methods of literature data,expert interviews,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics based on the item group division theory of Professor Tian Maijiu.Cluster analysis of the top three competition results,determine various indicators of influencing factors(factors)through expert consultation and Delphi method,establish an influencing factor model,use AHP to analyze indicators at various levels,and according to the distribution of medals in the event group,the results are analyzed to find out the various factors that affect the distribution of medals.After competing in the preliminary stage and the final stage,each college and university clustered the medals to obtain the medal strength and weakness areas of different event groups.Research on its results shows that:1 Influencing factorsThere are 7 main factors affecting the distribution of track and field medals in Group A of the 16th Sports Games of Fujian Province,.These factors affect the distribution of medals.Has a direct or indirect impact.1.1 Human resources(weight 10.269%),including eight secondary indicators such as the strength of coaches,training effectiveness,the size of preliminary selection of athletes,selection methods,competitive strength,competition experience,participation scale,and the attention and support of relevant departments.1.2 Financial resources(weight 21.166%),including athlete injury medical treatment,participation insurance,training subsidies,Coach training subsidies and training equipment and equipment funding and other five secondary indicators.1.3 Material resources(weight 14.298%),including three secondary indicators such as the acquisition of training facilities and equipment,and logistics service support.1.4 Time resources(weight 14.791%),including two stages of preliminaries and finals,each stage contains six secondary indicators such as the number of training sessions per week and the time of secondary training.1.5 Information resources(weight 8.168%),including three secondary indicators such as reference to previous historical material information before registration,and competitor registration information;1.6 Incentive mechanism(weight 21.268%),including two participants,coaches and athletes,mainly eight secondary indicators such as coaches and athletes.1.7 Other factors(weight 10.039%),mainly including indicators such as the school’s entry strategy,registration strategy,and host effect of the host school.2 ConclusionThe development of track and field events in Fujian ’s colleges and universities ’athletic strength is uneven,and there is a certain level of gap between the medals’ strengths and weaknesses.Fierce,all-round training is difficult,weak development,and has great development potential and improvement space.In the 16th Fujian Provincial Games,the Group A group of track and field competitions hosted a more balanced group of schools and had their own advantages.The "host effect" was obvious.Influencing the distribution of track and field medals in Group A of colleges and universities in the 16th National Games of Fujian Province,the incentive mechanism and financial resources are the main influencing factors,and the impact of information resources is the smallest.The investment in training equipment and equipment,the effectiveness of coach training in the secondary indicators,Its competitive strength,as well as the school’s competition strategy and registration strategy,account for a large proportion in each level of indicators.3 Suggestions3.1 According to the characteristics of this medal distribution,colleges and universities can recognize their own advantages,disadvantages and potential advantages in the competition,continue to play the competitiveness of the advantages and continue to break through the disadvantages.3.2 The school should pay attention to the investment in material resources,incentive mechanisms and financial resources,improve training facilities,improve the selection method of athletes,expand the scale of athletes to participate,and actively encourage coaches and athletes to win glory for the school.3.3 Colleges and universities fully utilize modern scientific training methods and means to further improve the athletes’ own competitive strength and position
