| The triple jump is a relatively complex track and field events, which requires a high degree of physical fitness and technique. The proportion of triple jumps in race directly affects the final score and has been the focus of scholar research. For high-level professional athletes, maintaining athletic function is more important than development, and the first issue to be addressed in maintaining function is the detection and protection of sports injuries. In this paper,I research on the triple jump technique, foot injury and body function monitoring of women triple jumpers Luna Fu a medal winner of the World University Games. In this process,I use literature analysis, statistical analysis as well as foot morphology analysis, gait analysis, balance analysis and image analysis of triple jumper.Result: Morphological analysis revealed the presence of avulsion fractures in the right talus of Luna Fu and the osteoinjury might affect athletic performance. The results of the gait and balance test showed that the leg strength of the left leg of Luna Fu was poorer than the leg strength of the right leg,and the unevenness of the left and right leg strength was an important factor in the asymmetry of the values of some of the gait parameters, while the asymmetry of the left and right sides was an important factor in sports injuries.By adjusting Luna Fu triple jump technique,it was shown that the flat jump type technique is effective in improving athletic performance. Conclusion: The use of CT scan and 3D reconstruction combined with positioning and mirroring techniques can be used to quantitatively analyze bone morphology and improve the accuracy of bone injury analysis. The adoption of a flat-jump technique, which allows for a close ratio of the first jump to the third jump,is conducive to further improving athletic performance. The use of plantar pressure measurement to monitor the function of the athlete’s physical fitness provide scientific basis for the adjustment of the training plan, achieve the purpose of injury control and reduce the risk of sports. |
