At present,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation in the world is spurring the formation and development of a new economy.The rapid development of new economic new industries requires the support of new engineering talents.Colleges are the birthplace of talents,and education is the driving force.It is necessary to carry out reforms in higher education,through the innovative talent training model,adjust and optimize the professional structure,and cultivate engineering and technical talents with innovative entrepreneurship and cross-border integration capabilities.To cultivate the talents needed by the society,it is necessary to cooperate with schools and enterprises,deepen the integration of production and education,improve the degree of participation of industry enterprises in colleges and universities,and comprehensively promote the coordinated education of schools and enterprises.The Industrial College is an effective form to explore the deep integration of schools and enterprises in the construction of Emerging Engineering Education.The Beijing Guide clearly stated that it is necessary to build a number of industrialized colleges with multiple entities to jointly build and manage.The construction of Emerging Engineering Education means that colleges and universities must undergo transformation,so as to lead and support regional social and economic development.As an innovative way to promote the in-depth transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities,industrial colleges can effectively promote the integration of industry and education,serve social and economic development,and lead the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.This research through analyzing the research progress in the related industry college,summarizes industry operation mode of the college and the characteristics of Emerging Engineering Education Industry College,and the maturity model theory applied to the Emerging Engineering Education Industry College,build a Emerging Engineering Education Industry College based on the theory of the maturity evaluation index system,provide standard and basis for the new construction of the Emerging Engineering Education Industry College.This research is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly including the background,purpose and significance of the research,literature review,research content and methods;The second parts the definition of relevant theoretical foundation and core concepts,including the concept definition of Emerging Engineering Education Industry College and the introduction of maturity model theory,synergy theory,resource dependence theory and stakeholder theory;The third part is the selection of the maturity evaluation index of the Emerging Engineering Education Industry College.It mainly introduces the six principles of index selection,analyzes the characteristics of the Emerging Engineering Education Industry College,combines the research results of production and education integration and the characteristics of the Emerging Engineering Education Industry College;The fourth part is the final determination of the index system by the two-round Delphi method and the weight setting of the evaluation index system by the analytic hierarchy process;The fifth part is the construction of the maturity evaluation model of the Emerging Engineering Education Industry College.It introduces the applicability analysis of CMM application to the Emerging Engineering Education Industry College,the classification and characteristics of the maturity model of the Emerging Engineering Education Industry College,the key areas and key practices of the Maturity Model of the New Engineering Industry College.Finally,the maturity evaluation criteria of the Emerging Engineering Education Industry College were established from qualitative and quantitative aspects.
