Research On The Promoting Effect Of Industrial Structure Upgrading On The Integration Of Urban-rural Labor Market

The upgrading of industrial structure and the integration of urban-rural areas are two important aspects of China’s economic growth since the reform and opening up,and also two difficult problems that need to be further solved under the new development pattern.On the other hand,urban-rural integration,especially the integration of urban-rural labor market,has an important influence on industrial upgrading.This paper will focus on the first aspect of the relationship,explore whether and how the industrial structure upgrading promote the development of urban-rural labor market integration.Give theoretical explanation and empirical evidence.And put forward certain policy optimization direction.This paper mainly carries out following research: First,analyzes the connotation of the integration of urban-rural labor market,refines it into three levels: the free flow of labors,the guarantee condition for labors,and the narrowing of urban-rural labor income gap.Second,explain how the industrial structure upgrading solve the above dilemma and promote the integration of urban-rural labor market from the theoretical point of view.Third,construct index system to calculate the rationalization and supererogation of industrial structure,and also the integration of urban-rural labor market,which based on the provincial data of 2006-2018 in China,mainly use mathematical analyse and PCA method.Fourth,based on the measurement data,constructs a panel model is to verify the effect of industrial structure upgrading on the integration of urban-rural labor market.Further more,prove the rationality of the research topic and the robustness of the research conclusion by making lag regression,causality test,robustness test and others.Fifth,based on theoretical and empirical research conclusions,put forward targeted policy recommendations.The main conclusions are as follows: The upgrading of industrial structure can effectively promote the integration of urban-rural labor market,but there are distinct regional differences in the effect.In addition,the industrial structure rationalization and supererogation of industrial structure concrete influence effect is slightly different.The possible contributions of the paper are as follows: Firstly,it explores how to improve the integration level of urban-rural labor market through the upgrading of industrial structure.And provides more detailed ideas for the development of urban and rural integration.Secondly,it enriches the connotation of urban-rural labor market integrationAnd constructs an evaluation system on this basis,which provides a theoretical framework and quantitative research method for reference research.
