Research On Service Standard Of Social Sports Instructor In Guangxi

The social sports instructor is an important basic system of the national fitness cause in China.The main purpose is to organize and guide the national fitness activities and improve the effect of the activities.However,the system has been implemented for more than 20 years,there has always been a lack of constraints and norms,the role of insufficient problems have not been solved.The country spends a lot of resources to train social sports instructors.If they cannot give full play to their role,it will directly affect the construction effect of the national fitness campaign and cause the waste of resources.In 2018,the state issued the Guiding Opinions on the Establishment and Improvement of a Standard System for Basic Public Services,clarifying that standardization should be used to promote equal access to basic public services,optimize resource allocation,standardize service processes,and improve service quality.In this context,this paper investigates and analyzes the situation of social sports instructors in Guangxi through the method of literature,questionnaire,field survey and interview,etc.,summarizes the existing problems of social sports instructors in Guangxi,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures by combining standardized means.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the comprehensive analysis of social sports instructors in Guangxi,it is considered feasible to formulate Guangxi Social Sports Instructor Service Standard.On this basis,after determining the development ideas,principles,standard structure and other elements,aiming at the problems existing in the instructor,the first draft of Guangxi Social Sports Instructor Service Standard was developed.(2)Guangxi Social Sports Instructor Service Standard is improved on the basis of Management Measures,adding two structural contents of emergency handling requirements and service supervision,evaluation and improvement to the original infrastructure structure.Through the contents of the two structures,the risk prevention and control guarantee mechanism and the service supervision and evaluation mechanism are improved.(3)In terms of content,the management mechanism is not perfect,the training is not reasonable,the lack of incentive and supervision,the lack of security and other problems.It mainly defines the specific work responsibilities at the three levels of autonomous region,city and county;Determinate that social organizations can be entrusted with specific work;Determine the specific materials to be submitted for registration;In terms of training,the age of instructors,the composition of personnel,training projects and the imbalance of regional development should be standardized.Standardize service duration,frequency,service type and activity scale;The instructors are explicitly given the necessary allowances,clothing and equipment and insurance;Clear instructor incentive,punishment methods and other content.
