Freshmen Enrolled Project Management Of C College

With the development of education reform,the State encourages various modes of running school and allows the private capital to run the school.In this context,the independent colleges have emerged.Private independent colleges pay all their expenses from their students’ tuition fees.So the brand of private independent college becomes more and more important,and enrollment of private independent college is one of the most important works.The first impression of college freshmen will greatly affect their study attitude and the evaluation of the college.And the freshmen’s parents are not only the disseminators of good image of college,but also the spreaders of bad image of college.Although the university attaches great importance to the reception of new students,there are many problems in the reception of new students every year because there are many functional departments involved in the reception of new students.Through investigation,we have found that the project management,which is a management way of using all existing resources to finish a task,not only can be used in the typical project management such as engineering project,but also can be applied to specific projects such as freshman enrollment.This paper innovatively applies the knowledge of project management to the freshman enrollment of C College.In this paper,the author has introduced the prject management theory,project managemeng processes and the implaicationgs of project management,and has fund new methods for freshman enrollment based on project management knowledge.This paper applies the project management to the freshman enrollment of C College.Firstly,the author learns the problems of the freshman enrollment and analyses the reasons through communicating with the leaders of the departments of the university and the teachers taking part in freshman enrollment.Secondly,to take the freshman enrollment of C College as an example,the paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of applying project management in the welcoming work of C College,and makes the overall design of project management.Finally,the author has studied the freshman enrollment work of C college based on project management theory,as well as the processes of freshman enrollment based on the five processes of project management:project launching,project planning,project implementing and monitoring,and project conclusion.The author has discussed the feasibility and scientificity of the freshman enrollment management of C college on the basis of real cases,wich is of great importance to the improvement of the enrollment work of C college.
