| Competitive aerobics is a skill dominated performance difficult to beauty of the project,which means that athletes need to have high physical quality,as well as a strong special skills.Competitive aerobics prescribed routine is the grade standard of competitive aerobics technical movements approved and published by the technical committee of China’s aerobics association,and the age group two prescribed routine represents the technical level of China’s 15-17 years old aerobics athletes.The prescribed routine is created according to the physical quality level and demand of athletes of all ages in China,which can maximize the potential of athletes of this age.Through the study of the prescribed routines,it can improve the competitive level of the athletes of this age group,further strengthen the reserve strength of the teenagers in our country,and provide more talents for the aerobics cause in our country.Based on "competitive aerobics athlete strength development trend of research on the change of the FIG rules",using the literature material law,video analysis,comparative analysis,logical analysis and expert interview method,statistical analysis of 2013-2016 period,the two age groups shall men’s singles routines,women’s singles routines and 2017-2020 period age two set of rules(A,B two sets)of the set pattern of men’s singles,women’s singles routines(A,B two sets),A total of 6 sets of video content such as difficulty,on the statistical analysis.By comparing the competition rules of 2013-2016 scoring rules and 2017-2020 scoring rules,the paper analyzes the relationship between the updating of rules and the strength quality of athletes,so as to provide theoretical basis for the coaches engaged in aerobics in China to strengthen the strength quality training.The results are as follows:(1)The update of competition rules is closely related to the athletes’ game routines,so we should be good at integrating fresh elements into the game routines.The prescribed routines are arranged according to the physical fitness conditions of athletes in this age group and the physical fitness development of Chinese athletes.The intensity and difficulty of the new prescribed routines are much higher than the old prescribed routines,indicating that the strength quality of athletes is on the rise after the update of the rules.(2)From the update of the 17 th edition of the rules,the shortening of the duration of competition routines,the number of difficulty groups to choose and the detailed division of points deducted,etc.,the new edition of the rules all require athletes to complete the difficulty of complete sets of movements with high quality.The new version of competition rules requires the complexity and diversity of gymnastics,which requires the athletes’ upper limbs,torso and lower extremities to improve the power control ability of the muscle groups in each part,and requires the athletes’ strength quality to be higher.(3)Comparing the two versions of the set,the total number of difficulty is reduced by one set in the new version,but the difficulty is re-selected in all the four groups of difficulty,and the score of difficulty is improved and the intensity of difficulty is increased.In order to improve the quality and appreciation of complete sets of movements,such as increasing the connection between the difficulties,increasing the number of turns,increasing the number of landing difficulties and improving the difficulty groups,not only meet the growth of the athletes’ technical ability,but also meet the requirements of the new rules on the athletes’ strength quality.(4)According to the completion standard of difficulty and the study on the muscle groups involved in the completion process,in order to improve the quality of athletes’ completion of difficulty and to better adapt to the intensity of the new cycle movement routines,special strength training can be adopted to improve the strength quality of each part of the athletes.(5)According to the updated content of the new rules on the requirements of each movement in the athletes’ routines,as well as the comparison of the changes of each movement in the six prescribed routines in the two cycles,it can be seen that the strength quality of the athletes is gradually increasing under the changes of the rules. |
