To a certain extent,students’ classroom expressions can reflect their mastery of knowledge and teachers’ teaching quality,but it is not enough to fully grasp students’ learning situation only through teachers’ observation.With the application of computer vision technology in education more and more widely,classroom expression recognition and analysis technology based on deep learning is becoming more and more mature.Through the correlation research between classroom expression and learning effect,teachers can timely understand students’ emotion in class,so as to constantly reflect,improve teaching strategies,and further realize dynamic teaching management,Promote the vertical improvement of teachers’ teaching ability and students’ positive and happy growth.Therefore,the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Face detection and emotion index generation.Record the teaching video to obtain a single picture;detect the face through retinaface to complete the cutting of classroom facial expression;take CK + as the classification standard of classroom expression,use densenet network and CK + data set to calculate the emotion index of a single picture.(2)Construct the evaluation model of students’ emotion and analyze students’ classroom emotion index.Through the classroom emotion index of each student,we find out the data form of the overall emotion index,construct the classroom emotion index model based on Student t distribution,and then use Markov chain Monte Carlo method to sample the classroom emotion index.(3)Face comparison.Select the target image,through the face_Recognition compares and classifies the cut facial expressions in the video with the target facial expressions,and generates the personal facial expression emotion index.(4)Correlation study.By studying the relationship between students’ emotional state in class and their academic performance,and analyzing the correlation between classroom expression and learning effect,teachers can grasp students’ emotional state in real time,help and guide students in time,so as to find teaching problems,find educational rules,and improve teaching level,which provides another way to improve teachers’ classroom teaching quality.Conclusion: the students with more difficult courses have lower classroom emotion index;there is no big difference between the review class and the new class,and the students’ emotional state is more positive;the performance is related to the stability of the emotional state;the early performance is proportional to the emotional index and the late performance...
