Since modern times,due to the continuous growth of the number of children with special needs,the core position of families with special children has become increasingly prominent.Parents’ participation has gradually shifted from emphasizing family defects to emphasizing family empowerment and strength.In recent years,the research on early childhood intervention focused on exploring more effective intervention methods,which led to the ecological model change of early intervention for children with special needs,that is,from child-centered early intervention to family-centered early intervention.The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and needs of family support in early intervention for hearing-impaired children,and to explore the establishment of a family-centered early intervention support system.On the one hand,this study investigates 142 parents of preschool hearing-impaired children from the perspective of support content,and on the other hand,through in-depth interviews with 3 parents of hearing-impaired children,3 rehabilitation teachers of hearing-impaired children and 2 audiologists from the perspective of support sources,it obtains the following conclusions: From the perspective of support content,the highest degree of family demand in early intervention for hearing-impaired children is the demand for economic support,with Among the 32 demand items,the highest score is "after-sales service of professional hearing aid equipment".The influencing factors of family demand mainly include hearing-impaired children’s different age groups,different hearing loss degrees,the time of starting hearing and speech rehabilitation training and the average monthly income of each family.From the perspective of support sources,the highest degree of family demand in early intervention for hearing-impaired children is the demand for medical system support,followed by family system,rehabilitation system,top-level design and education system.Among the 10 sub-categories,the one with the highest demand is the "fitting of assistive devices" in the medical system.The support and needs of families with hearing-impaired children in early intervention are the most unbalanced,and the most urgent problem to be improved is the self-improvement of parents in the family system.On the whole,the families of preschool hearing-impaired children are in the first place in terms of support content,and in terms of support sources,the support demand for the medical system is the most urgent;Improving the quality of parent training is the most important problem to be solved in early intervention of hearing-impaired children.From the comparative analysis results of support content and support source,the conclusions from the two angles are mutually confirmed,which shows that the research results have good reliability and validity.According to the conclusion of this study,the researchers put forward the following optimization paths: taking family as the center to improve the quality of parent training;Strengthen professional construction,pay attention to personnel training and technology research and development;Strengthen the supervision and management of the industry and improve the evaluation system;Increase financial and policy support and improve the support and guarantee system;Pay attention to family psychological problems of hearing-impaired children and improve psychological support services.And from two angles of support content and support source,the model of family-centered early intervention support system is constructed.
