| Hearing impaired children have poor language ability due to early hearing impairment.Although hearing-impaired children wear hearing aids or cochlear implants for hearing compensation later, there are still problems with unclear spoken expressions and confusing speech representations. This problem has a major impact on the daily life and learning of hearing-impaired children. In order to improve the verbal skills of hearing-impaired children,it is particularly important to explore the characteristics of phonological loop of hearing-impaired children. The phonological loop is mainly involved in our processing and storage of sound information.Neurophysiology researchers have confirmed that there is a separation between subvocal rehearsal and phonological store of the phonological loop.Aiming at these phenomena existing in hearing impaired children, combined with the theories derived from neurophysiology,an experimental study was conducted on the phonological loop of hearing impaired children. Then we can obtain the characteristics of the phonological loop of the hearing-impaired children, and intervene with the subject teaching practice to form a set of effective research theories to guide the subject teaching of the hearing-impaired children. In order to explore the characteristics of hearing-impaired children’s phonological loop, the following studies were conducted:The first research is to explore the differences in subvocal rehearsal function between hearing-impaired children and normal hearing children, and to analyze and summarize the characteristics of subvocal rehearsal with hearing-impaired children. The results of the study are:under the condition of digital materials, the ability of subvocal rehearsal with hearing-impaired children is significantly lower than that of normal hearing children;under the conditions of Chinese characters, the ability of subvocal rehearsal of children with hearing impairment is significantly lower than that of normal hearing children. The second research is to investigate the differences in the phonological store function between hearing-impaired children and normal hearing children, and to analyze and summarize the characteristics of phonological store with hearing-impaired children. The results of the study are:under the condition of short voice sentences, the phonological store capacity of hearing-impaired children is significantly lower than that of normal hearing children;under the condition of long voice sentences, the phonological store capacity of hearing-impaired children is significantly lower than that of normal hearing children;under the condition of silent reading of short sentences, the phonological store ability of hearing-impaired children is significantly lower than that of normal hearing children;under the condition of silent reading of long sentences, the phonological store ability of hearing-impaired children is significantly lower than that of normal hearing children. The third research is to explore the effect of rehearsal strategy training on the improvement of phonological loop ability with hearing-impaired children. The result of the study is that rehearsal strategy training can effectively improve the ability of subvocal rehearsal and phonological store on phonological loop with hearing-impaired children.Through the above research, the following conclusions are drawn:1.The ability of hearing-impaired children’s phonological loop is significantly lower than that of normal hearing children.2.The rehearsal strategy can effectively improve the ability of hearing-impaired children’s phonological loop. |
