The professional commitment of teachers can be regarded as a long-term psychological contract between teachers and professions.It is the teacher’s own recognition and love for education,and under the influence of professional ethics and ethics,he firmly engages in education and does not change his profession.Degree.A high level of professional commitment helps teachers to have positive emotions about their profession,choose reasonable behaviors,and work hard consciously to promote their own professional development.The teacher’s teaching efficacy refers to the teacher’s belief in the extent to which education and individual teachers can affect the ability of students to complete academic tasks.Teachers with a high sense of teaching efficacy can enhance their own teaching confidence and effectively influence students’ learning achievements and motivation.Both of these are important variables that reflect the psychology of teachers,as well as important factors that affect the quality and development of education,and studies have shown that teachers’ professional commitment can affect teachers’ sense of teaching efficacy.The same is true for kindergarten teachers,so they need to pay attention to their professional commitment and teaching efficacy,which assumes that there is a certain relationship between professional commitment and teaching efficacy.This paper is based on the theory of job matching and self-efficacy.It takes 300 newly recruited kindergartens in the main urban area of Chongqing as the survey object.The Teaching Efficacy Questionnaire of Incoming Teachers is a research tool to investigate the current situation of the professional commitment and teaching efficacy of newly recruited kindergarten teachers,and to explore the relationship between the two;supplemented by the interview method,6 teachers are selected to conduct interviews and conduct interviews.The survey results are analyzed,and the research conclusions are as follows:First,the professional commitment and teaching efficacy of newly recruited kindergarten teachers tend to be average and belong to the middle level.The specific scores are 3.05 points and 3.14 points respectively.Second,there are significant differences in the professional commitments of newly recruited teachers in kindergartens in terms of academic qualifications,salaries and different kindergarten categories.Third,the teaching efficacy of newly recruited kindergarten teachers has significant differences in teaching age and salary level,and there is no significant difference in academic qualifications.Fourth,there is a significant positive correlation between the professional commitment of newly recruited kindergarten teachers and the teaching efficacy of newly recruited kindergarten teachers,which indicates that the higher the professional commitment level of newly recruited kindergarten teachers,the higher their sense of teaching efficacy.Among them,the emotional commitment and normative commitment in the professional commitment of kindergarten teachers have a significant positive relationship with teachers’ sense of teaching efficacy and its various levels;but the continuing commitment in the teacher’s professional commitment and the general sense of teaching efficacy in the sense of teaching efficacy,There is no significant correlation between personal teaching efficacy.Fifth,in the regression analysis of professional commitment and teaching efficacy,it is concluded that professional commitment explains 33% of the change,and the professional commitment of newly recruited kindergarten teachers can positively predict teaching efficacy.Among them,the intensity of influence on teaching efficacy is ranked as affective commitment>normative commitment>continued commitment.Based on this,this article puts forward the following suggestions from society,kindergarten,and teachers based on the theory of job matching theory and self-efficacy theory: First,the society should guarantee the income of newly recruited teachers,improve the social status of kindergarten teachers,so that they can be respected and respected.Affirmative;Secondly,kindergartens should seize the important opportunity for the development of new teachers’ professional commitment to improve teachers’ professional commitment level,create a “low-pressure and high-efficiency” working atmosphere for teachers,and further enhance teachers’ emotional commitment and sense of teaching efficacy.It is necessary to affirm new teachers through multiple channels and enhance others’ recognition of new teachers,so that new teachers have a pleasant psychological experience and are more engaged in work;at the same time,normative commitments are the entry point,and emotional commitments are the motivation support.,Enhance continuing commitment and promote development in all aspects;teachers should continue to improve their professional standards,make efforts for high salaries,teachers should establish a correct outlook on employment,find pleasure in work,realize self-worth,and improve themselves Level of professional commitment and teaching efficacy.
