The Study Of Present Situation And Relations Of Preschool Teachers' Self-efficacy,Professional Commitment And Professional Happiness In Ethnic Minority Areas

The purpose of this study is through researching on present situation and relations of preschool teachers',self-efficacy,professional commitment and professional happiness in ethinic minority areas to understand the present situation of the inner drive of preschool teachers',professional development,teaching input and professional well-being,therefor,pro'viding the basis for decision-making and educational management strategy for education personnel department,providing effective way of improving overall quality of preschool teacher team and the quality of preschool education in the ethnic minority areas.The research object of this study is 359 preschool teachers from Gucheng district and Yulong county of Lijiang in Yunnan province.The author uses the questionnaire survey to explore the present situation and relationship of the preschool teachers'self-efficacy,professional commitment and happiness.The result of this study shows that:(1)There is significant difference among preschool teachers teachers' self-efficacy,professional commitment and professional happiness according to different demographic variables(including the properties of the preschool,teachers age,ethnic,personnel establishment,income)in the ethnic minority areas.(2)Preschool teachers teachers'self-efficacy significantly influences professional commitment in the ethnic minority areas.(3)Preschool teachers teachers' professional happiness plays a role of intermediary between teachers' self-efficacy and professional commitment in the ethnic minority areas.
