| STEM,the first letter of Science,Technology,Engineering and Mathematics,is not a simple superposition of several disciplines,but an interdisciplinary teaching concept that integrates each other,which plays an important role in cultivating students’ learning ability,innovation ability and cooperation ability.Since the 21 st century,more and more countries pay attention to the application and development of STEM education,and regard it as an important point of national education development.In recent years,China has also issued relevant policy documents to vigorously promote the development of STEM education.This means that both at home and abroad,STEM education is gradually taken as an important measure to cultivate innovative talents,to improve students’ innovative consciousness and ability,and to play a supporting and leading role in cultivating high-quality talents for the future.As an important carrier to carry out STEM education,the design and development of STEM curriculum is the key and core to implement STEM education.Therefore,this study by combing STEM education and project learning of related literature,from the curriculum goal,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation and so on to build primary STEM based on project learning curriculum development system,the factors of each link related to has carried on the detailed elaboration,according to the developed course system,design a specific STEM course case,STEM for the primary school curriculum development to provide a reference.First,the establishment of STEM curriculum objectives based on project-based learning in primary schools should first be based on the development needs of students,the reality of social life and the development of the discipline system.Secondly,in the course of establishing curriculum objectives,the systematic principle should be comprehensively used to optimize the structure.Using the principle of concreteness to regulate the expression of objectives;Using the principle of hierarchy to advance the target;Finally,based on the above objectives,the basis and principles are established,and the curriculum objective framework is constructed from the aspects of knowledge integration and practical application,system design and problem solving,creativity materialization and communication and expression,cultural experience and value identification,scientific attitude and responsibility taking.Second,project-based learning in primary school STEM curriculum content organization is based on "Compulsory Education Primary Science Curriculum Standards","Full-time Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards","Primary and Secondary School Information Technology Curriculum Standards" and course objectives,and follows the project activities as the carrier,with conceptual knowledge as the integration.The curriculum organization logic takes core knowledge network as the main body,engineering thinking as the entry point,and design and creation as the starting point,so as to select STEM curriculum project content suitable for primary school students’ development stage.Third,the implementation sequence of project-based learning STEM curriculum in primary schools mainly carries out teaching activities from the following aspects:determining project theme,designing driving problems,formulating project learning plan,providing adaptive learning scaffold,focusing on core concept activity exploration,project-based learning achievement display,teaching evaluation and reflection,etc.Fourth,project-based learning based STEM curriculum evaluation in primary schools should pay attention to the transformation from knowledge-oriented to people-oriented,the combination of formative evaluation and summative evaluation,and the diversification of evaluation subjects.Secondly,in terms of evaluation methods,comprehensive use of various evaluation methods,through the use of archive evaluation to grasp the development of students in real time,the use of observation and evaluation of the real record of students’ academic performance and the use of evaluation gauges to assess students’ academic grades.At the same time,according to the curriculum implementation sequence,the practical activities of each stage are objectively and justly evaluated.Finally,according to the developed STEM curriculum system for primary schools,a specific curriculum case is designed,and the shortcomings of the current research are reflected and the future research direction is looked forward,in order to provide reference for the development of STEM curriculum for primary schools in China. |
