| Dragon boat movement is said to have originated in the spring and autumn and Warring States period.The legend of boat rescue developed and evolved into a popular folk traditional aquatic sports entertainment project in China for commemorating the patriotic poet Quyuan and throwing the river.It is a kind of movement that many rowers rely on the paddle of single blade as propulsion mode,and uses muscle force to paddle back to push forward the boat.It has a strong national cultural connotation,showing the Chinese nation’s indomitable and striving spirit.It is of great significance to carry on the traditional culture of the nation,carry forward the spirit of the Chinese nation and promote the national fitness.Colleges and universities are the important position of cultural heritage.It is the duty of colleges and universities to carry out the traditional sports and inherit the excellent Chinese sports culture.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview and test,this paper analyzes the specifications of each class of the Dragon Boat(22 people)and studies the body shape characteristics of the male dragon boat athletes in Colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province,Objective to explore the selection of oar position athletes in the dragon boat team of the 22 nd National People’s Congress of Jiangsu Province.The following conclusions are drawn in this paper:1.The selection cycle of dragon boat athletes in most universities in Jiangsu Province is one year,and the athletes come from the ordinary professional students,sports majors and high-level athletes in the University;most of them are the team building model of echelon;the team is selected according to the personal ability,training period,coach decision,competition and rotation;the team is selected according to the overall cooperation,personal ability,height and weight of the players,and teaching The training staff experience arrangement and adjustment of the paddle position.The rowing ability of athletes is related to the height of forearm length,shoulder width,weight and height and body mass index of sitting posture.2.Different spaces will directly affect the test results of rowers.According to the size of the dragon boat of 22 people’s Congress,the body shape characteristics of the Dragon Boat athletes are calculated by selecting the following indexes: pedal length,lower limb length,height,sitting height and weight.3.The physical characteristics of dragon boat athletes can be divided into five categories: low height section(No.1 space),lower height section(2 and 11 spaces),middle height(3,9,10),higher height(4,5,8),high height section(6 and 7).According to the technical indexes of dragon boat,11 spaces are divided into leading positions(1,2 and 3 spaces): the stable players with the best rowing technology,fast response,outstanding rhythm,strong sense of speed,good distance sense and short head;driving position(4 and 5 spaces): the players with fast speed,stable water catching,strong ability to follow the oars,height and weight second to the power position;power position(No.6,7,8)Cabin: the member with large strength,longest arm,better technology,good muscle quality,fast oar pulling speed,highest height and maximum weight;force delivery position(Class 9,10 and 11): long arm,shorter sitting height,greater strength,second only to the leading position,flexible mind and quick response.4.Selection of men’s rowers in Jiangsu Province: according to the height,weight and sitting height calculation table of each class,the preliminary selection of body shape;Then refer to the technical indicators,sports quality and physical function characteristics of each class of dragon boat athletes to select,and finally determine the men’s 22 people’s Congress dragon boat team of each oar position athletes. |
