Analysis On The Characteristics Of Male Body Shape And Physical Performance In Different Groups

Objective: To explore the characteristics of body shape and sports quality of different male youth,establish the Heath-Carter body shape models of different male youth,and provide reference for the evaluation of sports quality,as well as for the selection of sports materials and the related fields of human body morphology.Methods:A total of 420 male armed police soldiers,211 students of general majors and 171 students of physical education were selected to test the physical morphometry and sports quality of the subjects.The subjects were classified according to Heath-Carter body type method.The influence factors of male body shape and sports quality in three groups were analyzed by multiple linear regression,and the physical development was evaluated by Wierwick index.Results:(1)The average somatotype of the armed police is 2.37-4.9-2.47,sam1.6,which belongs to the balanced mesoderm somatotype.In the analysis of sports quality,the mesoderm is the main body type of excellent and good athletes.259 of them are excellent according to the vilwick index.In the linear regression analysis,the internal and external factors of speed index were the main influencing factors(P<0.05),the internal and external factors of back muscle strength were the main influencing factors(P<0.05),the internal and medium factors of reaction time were the main influencing factors(P<0.05),and the three factors of flexibility had no correlation with flexibility(P>0.05).(2)The average somatotype of general students is 3.82-4.83-2.40,sam1.8,which belongs to mesoderm type.In the analysis of sports quality,the somatotypes of the excellent and the good are concentrated in the mesoderm.There are 65 excellent people in the vilwick index.In linear regression analysis,the middle and outer factors of back muscle strength were the main influencing factors(P<0.05).The three factors of flexibility were not the influencing factors(P>0.05).The internal factors in judging reaction time were the main factors(P<0.05).(3)The average value of students majoring in physical education is 3.4-4.6-3.9,sam1.5,which belongs to mesoderm type.In the analysis of sports quality,the body shape of the excellent and the good is concentrated in the mesoderm.84 were excellentin the vilwick index.In linear regression analysis,the internal and external factors of speed index were the main influencing factors(P<0.05),the internal and external factors of back muscle strength index were the main influencing factors(P<0.05),and the internal,internal and external factors of 800 meter running were the main influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion :(1)Among the three groups of male body forms,the number of body types in the mesoderm is more than the number of other body types;The mesoderm body type is the main body type.(2)In terms of sports quality of armed police soldiers,college students of general specialties and college students of physical education,the number of excellent students in the mesoderm is the largest,while the number of others in the mesoderm is more dispersed and fewer,and the sports performance of the group in the mesoderm area is generally better than that in other derms.(3)In the multiple linear regression analysis of armed police soldiers,college students of general majors and college students of physical education,the sports quality will be affected by three factors.In different events and different groups,the influence factors of the three factors on the sports quality will change,but in terms of strength,medium factor is the main influence factor.(4)In the development evaluation of the three types of people,those with a high Wiervik index have better development than those with a low index.They have a better physique and strength and a higher body fullness,so they are suitable for the selection of candidates.(5)It is suggested that the application of morphological knowledge can be provided in the form of physical morphology and sports quality,whether in the motion of the movement,the transmission of the disease,or other uses.(6)In this study,the physical and physical characteristics of the three kinds of men were discussed in this study,and the classification of physical classification was carried out in the case of physical shape,and the results were concentrated in the mesoderm,and the population of mesoderm had greater potential for movement and suitable for selecting candidates.
