Exploration On The Model Of Social Work Intervening In Major Public Health Emergencies

In order to analyze the social background of the COVID-19 epidemic,how social work intervenes in major public health emergencies,and responds to the problems of "fragmentation" and "emergency type" existing in the practice process of major public health emergencies,as well as the development trends of "integration" and "timing" presented by social work.On the basis of literature review,this paper absorbs the stage advantages of "4R" model for prevention,response,disposal and recovery,Embedding the specific methods of the Social work in major public health emergencies in the stage,including health propaganda,staff training,emergency responsing,coordinate resources,playing to professional service skills,utilizing the method of professional services,psychological reconstruction,ability promotion,etc.Constructing the localization model of social work involvement in major public health emergencies,taking Z social work organization in Wuhan as the empirical analysis object to verify the practical utility of this model.It is found that in practice,the model has achieved remarkable results in the stages of prevention,response,disposal and recovery.Although there are still some problems,the model can be improved through the play of the main roles of the government,social work organizations,social workers and the public.Above all,the conclusion of this study is that social work is indeed an important power of social governance,and an effective model can be constructed to play a role in the prevention,response,disposal and recovery of major public health emergencies.
