Case Work Intervention Study On Public Health Emergency As The Background Occupational Stress Relief Of Community Grid Managers

Community is the most basic unit of society,also the smallest cells In countries play an important role in social governance system,the high quality of community development can better meet the needs of community residents,but also an important link of communication with the residents and indispensable link Community grid member as the main support of the community to run,but also the existence of critical community work with" thousands of lines above,under the characteristics of a needle",especially in the public health emergency incident,the community grid member community bayonet is to take a guard for home quarantine personnel services,door to door to understand information inquiries...This further leads to the generation and accumulation of different degrees of occupational pressure for community grid workers.This study focused on the grid community member occupational stress problem,has carried on the literature material preparation,the selected community grid member of the community to the questionnaire survey method,observation method,interview method,such as study,found that most of the community grid member of occupational stress problems,and many of them fail to relieve themselves,in order to help the community grid member career pressures ease,author adopts the method of case study of social work practice in community grid member,according to the reason of occupational stress,there will be professional pressure and need to ease community grid member is divided into three type:Low Self-efficacy community grid worker;Difficult in interpersonal communication community grid worker;Lack of occupational adjustment ability community grid worker.And according to the characteristics of different types of case work plan,the case of social work intervention,to verify the effectiveness of the case of social work intervention design scheme,and finally the case summary and reflection.According to relevant studies,occupational stress can be intervened in a targeted way through social work,so as to help the occupational stress of community grid workers to be relieved.In the process of selection,intervention,service and evaluation of service objects,social workers strictly follow the standards of social work case social work intervention process.However,due to the ability and time limit of social workers and the work arrangement of community grid workers,this study has some limitations.Through the study,it is found that the intervention of case work can effectively alleviate the occupational pressure of the community grid workers.This study hopes to provide some references for other researchers concerned about the occupational pressure of community grid workers,to help alleviate the occupational pressure of community grid workers,improve the work efficiency of community grid workers and communities,and promote the progress and development of social governance.
