A technical school is a full-time public Technician College under the Bureau of human resources and social security of Guangzhou.It has five departments including advanced equipment manufacturing,modern service industry,automobile manufacturing,urban agriculture,public infrastructure,etc.,and it has established mold manufacturing,business and numerical control technology,automobile,mechatronics,computer Animal husbandry and garden.In addition,14 training centers corresponding to the specialty have been established to support technical talents in connection with the continuous economic and social growth of the Pearl River Delta.In recent years,the scale of colleges and universities is expanding continuously.The competition between colleges and technical schools in enrollment is becoming more and more serious.In addition,the traditional concepts of parents and students are more recognized for the college and undergraduate education.The understanding of technical education is not enough and unclear,which makes it difficult for technical schools to recruit students.In order to increase the enrollment scale and obtain more students,a technical school has no limit on the score line for admission,and there is no mark line standard when recruiting students,which results in the low quality of students in a technical school enrollment.It is difficult for the school to conduct student control affairs,which results in low employment rate of graduates,which will have more or less impact on the enrollment work in the next year.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature and questionnaire to study a technical school.Based on the national demand for talents,the paper makes full investigation and Discussion on the enrollment publicity of a technical school based on the demand of the national attention to the development of talents,the marketing theory,the propaganda theory and the actual enrollment practice,and the actual demands of the industrial structure transformation in the Pearl River Delta,This paper analyzes the enrollment environment,current situation and existing problems of enrollment publicity of a technical school.Through the online questionnaire survey of 2020 freshmen,the problems found are: single publicity mode,thin publicity content,low enrollment publicity information reaching rate.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward several suggestions for enrollment publicity: to find the right time for enrollment publicity,to optimize the content of enrollment publicity,to improve the way of enrollment publicity,including the way of oral communication,advertising,social media,public relations activities and the production of exclusive expression pack.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for enrollment publicity of a technical school,and emphasizes that it is necessary to do a good job in enrollment investigation and overall enrollment planning,improve infrastructure construction and enrollment incentive mechanism,establish a long-term and stable recruitment publicity team,cooperate with the outside institutions to improve the school running attraction.Although a technical school has been able to do well in enrollment publicity by virtue of the reputation of the 14 th World skill competition champion,there are still uneven professional distribution and uneven quality of students.The loss of students has formed many obstacles to the progress and growth of a technical school.This paper,based on the propaganda theory and the questionnaire,discusses the perfect strategies of enrollment promotion in a technical school.The results not only enrich the theory of enrollment promotion in technical schools,but also help the similar schools to improve the enrollment promotion strategy,create their brand image,improve the students’ standard and promote the cultivation of skilled talents;It is of great significance and reference for other vocational and technical schools to realize sustainable development and to transport comprehensive technical talents for the country.
