At present,it is an inevitable trend of the times to develop e-commerce and online marketing with the help of computer network technology.After the emergence of the Internet,it has had a certain impact on both economic and social aspects,which has also caused changes in people’s daily life,work,and study.The biggest impact of the rapid development of the network is the formation of a new marketing model.Because network marketing can spread on a larger scale,it can greatly reduce marketing costs and achieve higher results,allowing companies to occupy the market in a shorter period of time.With the rapid growth of the network economy,more companies are participating in network marketing,which is an unstoppable trend.In recent years,with the vigorous development of international education in our country,an increasing number of international schools have taken root in the country.English language,known as the universal teaching language of the international curriculum system,has made considerable progress in China.At the same time,with the growth of China’s international commerce,the English training market is also extremely hot.However,along with the increasing demand,China is currently facing a serious shortage of high-quality English teaching talents.Recently,more and more educational institutions have extended their recruitment to foreign countries,traditional human resource marketing channels are no longer competitive.YXG company is a consulting company registered in Zhangjiagang,Suzhou.Its main business is to recruit foreign talents.In 2017,the company successfully introduced professional English teaching talents from the United States,the United Kingdom,Australia,South Africa and other countries.Since 2016,the company has successfully introduced more than 50 foreign talents.It involves the recruitment of high-end talents in the fields of education,engineering and technology,senior managers,etc.Since its operation,YXG company has focused on improving customer satisfaction and launched many characteristic services,and received unanimous praise from domestic customers and foreign job seekers.In recent years,the education industry,especially the language training industry,has developed in full swing in China.With the deepening of business,as well as the expansion of domestic competitors,the company realized that the existing network marketing strategy has serious problems.How to reduce the recruitment cost to the lowest level,and how to recruit the talents needed by domestic enterprises efficiently and successfully is the key issue discussed in this paper.On the basis of elaborating network marketing and related theories,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation of YXG’s network marketing strategy,and proposes improvement strategies for the shortcomings of YXG company’s network marketing,including optimizing email marketing and improving the quality of network advertising marketing,Improve social media marketing friendliness,improve the efficiency of mobile marketing,promote integrated marketing of online and offline exhibitions,and clarify the implementation steps of word-of-mouth marketing.The research of this paper starts with the idea of asking questions-seeking theoretical support-analyzing problems-proposing solutions,and finally solves the puzzles of the enterprise.Thus,it is helpful that the continuous improvement of YXG company’s network marketing can also provide corresponding reference for the network marketing of other human resource companies.
