| In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile Internet information technology in China,online education in China has adapted to the stage where the general public gradually accepts and acquires this knowledge.Online education not only complements learning methods as part of traditional education,but also solves to some extent the problem of lack of educational resources in undeveloded areas,but also has an important promotion action to realize educational equity.In addition,the development of online education has allowed me to learn more freely.Taking G Company as a case study,this study summarizes the relevant theories of brand positioning,brand management and education brand,including brand marketing theory,brand positioning theory and brand management theory.Subsequently,using brand concept of three aspects,in-depth analysis of G教育品牌company brand marketing status quo,at the same time through the Porter five-force model and SWOT analysis of its brand marketing choice environment.It is found that the deficiency of G教育品牌Company’s current brand marketing strategy mainly lies in the reasons of the single brand promotion method,the lack of all-round brand maintenance,the insufficient degree of brand value building,and the neglect of professional brand management.In order to help G教育品牌company better cope with the fierce competition and form a competitive advantage,this paper makes suggestions from including differentiated market segmentation,providing personalized services,optimizing the company’s brand culture,increasing brand culture connotation,making full use of word-of-mouth marketing,focusing on user community marketing,building an integrated learning evaluation system,and customizing functional online learning,in order to provide guidance for G教育品牌company to improve and optimize its existing brand marketing strategy.At the same time,the use of brand marketing has also carried out a practical extension,but also hope to other education companies online marketing activities to a certain reference and reference significance. |
