the foundation of our country and the background,the Chinese communist party to beginner’s mind,accomplish the task of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation spirit power,is conducive to provide spiritual nourishment for the development of the new era,power of the new era of political,economic,cultural and social development.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed the need to make good use of the red resources,carry forward the red tradition,and pass on the red gene.Shanxi red culture is the main representative and important part of China’s red culture,is a kind of spiritual accumulation formed in the difficult years of Shanxi people’s revolutionary struggle under the leadership of the Communist Party of China or in Shanxi Province,with rich material form,profound spiritual deposits,wide distribution and other characteristics.Shanxi red culture provides high quality educational resources for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Shanxi,provides a practice base for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Shanxi,facilitates the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Shanxi to carry out regular practice teaching,and is conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in
